Took a few tries before someone answered the phone but the customer service was outstanding! I had a package that was stuck in transit here in Jacksonville for almost 6 days and Katie and Tracy worked hard on my service request and located my package! They kept me informed throughout the whole process! Thank you so much Katie and Tracy for assistance on this matter!I've been inside the post office a few times and sometimes there is a wait but I never had an issue with customer service. They've always been so nice, efficient, and took care of all my shipping inquires and needs.

What is going on with this post office? Our packages aren't being delivered from Amazon , we call Amazon and they say they have a contract with our Middleburg post office to deliver them but our post office refuses to deliver them they just send us a pink slip in our mailbox this is ridiculous somebody's getting paid to do a job that they are not doing! We keep calling and complaining but we get nothing! If we wanted to pick it up from the post office we could just drive to Walmart and get it and hell with all the fees!

I don't know why the ratings are so low because every time I go there they are always so nice to me and they always have everything I need and I'm not waiting a long time when I go there thank you Middleburg post office y'all are the best

The mail lady left my package in the pouring rain. Destroyed the package. She is on camera delivering it in the pouring rain at the end of my driveway. Unacceptable

Incompetent at best. Had a envelope mailed from Palatka to Middleburg and it has been sent to the wrong destination multiple times. I had to go into the post office 3 times to try and get the problem resolved because they will not answer the phone there. The lead there appearantly has no authority to resolve issues with tracking or the ability to contact his counter parts in other post offices to get delivery issues resolved. Waste of time.

The staff was fantastic. I had an issue sending an international package and they were able to quickly resolve my concerns and get everything taken care of for me. They were fast, responsive, and extremely professional. Special shoutouts to Tracy, Debbie, Travis, and Patrick. Thank you for all your help!

This post office was happy to except a package right before close because another post office tried to get away with not processing an international package after 4pm. Thank you for being understanding and patient!

The postman delivering to the Gopher Cir. Area of Middleburg needs to be fired. Am constantly getting my neighbors mail who lives 2 doors down and whose address is Hedgehog instead of Gopher Cir.

Great customer service team at the desk! They are very professional, knowledgeable and have great positive, helpful demeanors! You can tell that they really want to make your day! Will continue visiting this office again! Kudos to USPS for hiring such a dynamic team!

I would like to know WHY the Post Office keep losing my mail! Twice they have lost my Bank Statements from my Bank that I receive through the mail. I have to go too my Bank and have them print a copy of the LOST statements. I get charged for them to make a copy and give it too me! The POST OFFICE needs to Hire people that can do a Simple job of delivering the MAIL!

I have been getting someone else's mail to my address. Went to the Middleburg post office they said I would have to fill out a card to stop getting there mail. Why should I have to if there is two different last names names that don't match.

The gentleman at the desk has a terrible attitude and should be fired. He is always to rude and unhelpful. He gives terrible advise and wastes peoples time. He also locks up early. Working for the usps doesn’t make you a special agent ?.

Went to drop off package with prepaid shipping label -Worker Mike claimed package was not within measurments and would not take it--Went to another post office where there was no issues--Suggest mike be retrained or find other employment

So, I work in a facility that takes care of seniors. Up until a couple of weeks ago they would stop at the front door, give us our mail and take any outgoing mail. Now, all of a sudden they can't do that! I asked how we were supposed to get our outgoing mail taken b/c the mail box accomodates maybe 3 thin envelopes. People still send letters. People still send cards. Our residents use this means on occasion. But, I guess NOT IN MIDDLEBURG! Very poor customer service.
