They got my car repaired l, but they charged a big service fee to use a debit card. It’s 2024, businesses should not be charging people card fees in this day and age.

My son's AC went out in his car, I live in Texas, he's in Florida. I found Sam's online with great ratings so I told him to go to Sam's, he went to the Nissan dealership and they tried to charge him $5k for a new compressor and other "needed" components. I told him that was robbery and to go to Sam's. He finally listened and they identified his issue easily, fixed it and only charged him for the diagnostic test. A previous dealership repair for heat installed a part wrong, thus causing his AC issue. Thank you Sam's for taking care of my boy!

Brought my suv in the other week. Had an issue running that was intermittent. Had several codes that I've been ignoring until I had no choice. The guys replaced the things necessary and now it's running smooth and quietly.
But that's not all. I had replaced my water pump and thermostat housing 3 years ago. Bought a cheap part because I was in a pinch. The guys noticed that I was a gallon of coolant low and they began looking around. They identified that the pump was leaking! I was damn near about to blow a pump and be stuck on the side of the road. Anyways, got it all replaced and new belt etc... the new waterpump was faulty right out the box lol. Took it back, and the guys took care of it right away. Checked a bunch after many test rides to ensure everything is as it should be. And it is. The guys didnt try to upsale me or tell me to throw the whole car away like most shops do lol. They pointed out issues I've been ignoring. Told me before doing any work, and upon me approving the work they had it done asap.
Beyond the workmanship, they were polite and courteous as well.
Anyways, highly recommend. I'll be using them from now on.

It may be far from Jacksonville and other places but Sam and Kyle take care of your vehicle like it’s there own. Which is getting harder to find nowadays. Up front, transparent, and knowledgeable. You can rest you won’t be ripped off and they are always fast!
