Place is a joke says they open at ten get there at 1010 and the place is locked and no one is answering the phone now i understand why the store has a permanent now hiring sign in the door dont nobody wanna work here person finally showed up at 1020 am good job metro

I would give 0 stars if I could. Haven't been back to this location in years. Needed to replace my son's phone so I thought I would just drop in quick and grab a replacement after work. Was told existing customers pay retail for upgrades and that it would be 300 plus activation for replacement. I asked when that policy had changed she just started at me. Drove 30 minutes out of my way to another location and got same phone for 199. Please do not use this store...... Note this is not the first time I've been lied to at this location.

I have been with Metro ever since the day they opened. And in all those years, never ever, have I been so completely blown away, as I have been today. Needing a new phone for my special needs young adult son, she listened to all my needs and concerns, and then she explained all my options in ways I completely understood. Needless to say, we are all beyond happy with the exceptional service and knowledge that the Metro service offers by having such customer minded employees as Gio. My son, he just loves his new first phone ever!

It's not ever open I was supposed to be called about a job and never was I need a job and it won't ever be closed if the owner would call me I will even get a decent staff for him. So if the owner sees this respong to post and let me know how to get ahold of you, please need a desperately!!!!

Store number doesn't work, expect the store to actually open about 6 hours after it's supposed to. Store hours don't mean anything there
