If I could give no stars I would. Had the membership. Went through right after the got new equipment and this happens. When brought to an employees attention I was told "we'll send it to corporate and nothing usually gets done about it." Basically im out of luck. After getting sent to their insurance company I was told that they are not held responsible. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

It's like any other car wash. There's an attendant to prewash before you go in. The only thing I didn't like is the dead bugs didn't come off the bumper. The vacuum has plenty of power. Also, make sure you bring your own towels to dry off.

The actual car wash and vacuums were good. The problem was there were no rags to finish drying off the car, or to clean the inside of the car. No window cleaner for the inside of the windows. For around the same price Luv car washes are much better.

on October 28th, 2023 i went to the Middleburg gate express this will be the last time i use this or any other gate express car wash. i was entering the final stage of the car wash the tire shine section when my truck started to bounce around like it came out of the tracks it did this a few time and i started to roll backwards into the car behind me, i put it in gear and drove out of the machine, upon further investigation the right side tire shine failed to retract and was stuck out. this caused my tire to be punctured and damaged, this also happen to another truck that was two vehicles behind me. filled out the report was contacted by a gate employee and they requested 1-2 estimates for repair and they would get back to me with the next steps. i responded to there email, being my tire was repaired under my tire road hazard warranty being my tires were only two weeks old. the guy behind me suffered more damaged to his tire, not sure how that turned out. but i still have not received an email back from them for anything. no apologies nothing not even a free car wash for my troubles. this is a true expectation of corporate America the don't care about customer satisfaction, like i have read from other it like it being ran by a bunch of young people with no experience. i don't recommend to use gate carwash to anyone, "BEWARE" enter at your own risk and expense.

JEEP & BRONCO OWNERS - BE AWARE: The attendants cancel the front & rear wash if you own a Jeep Wrangler and/or Ford Bronco, apparently due to front tow hooks and rear spare tire mounts.Nothing stated at the time of purchase or when entering the car wash. If you're just looking to have your side doors (somewhat) cleaned, then this establishment will still work for you. Otherwise, you may wish to look elsewhere.

Canceled my monthly membership on 2 vehicles. It doesn’t do well on either vehicle leaving areas unwashed. Final straw was the removal of customer use bathrooms.

Even if this car wash was the best in the world, customer service makes or breaks the experience. I never have an issue with anyone other than the bald jellybean looking dude with a beard. He's the only one that always makes me take everything out of the bed of my truck, even though it's all 10 pounds or greater and way smaller than cooler) Ridiculous! (I've had empty soda cans not blow out)

Does a decent job but misses places on a minivan. Also after going thru this one all the time it loosened a part over my back window on my dodge van. But the vacuums are awesom. The only reason for the 3 stars is because places brushes missed and damage to van.Services: Auto detailing

a pathetic place to spend money and get your car dirty! I asked for something to dry the car because it came out completely wet from the machine and even though they had towels they didn't want to give them to me! very bad attention and that machine does not wash the cars well! They should shut this place down!

Three strikes you are out! First, car came out not clean after a wash with extra tire clean I paid for. Manger was rude and belittling. Told me, I should have paid for more extras in wash to get car cleaner. I said what? He later confessed that headquarters pushed employees to "up sale" to customers. So, your $10 wash ends like $13 or$16 etc. Complained, nothing done. Then machine broke and I told another manager on another visit. He said, go use another machine. Gee, thanks, how about Sir, we will fix this, and we apologize. Could you please go use another machine until we fix it? RUDE! Complained, nothing done. Then today, I went to use bathroom after wash. I was vacuuming car and needed to go. Manager said employees only can use bathroom. So, customers after they take your money and you have to go, then go somewhere else. Handicap people too bad, no bathroom, mom with 3 kids trying to vacuum and kids need to go, sorry. I had previously used bathroom as it was open to customers. Complained and was told a few people had been unclean in the bathroom and took toilet paper so the thousands of other customers will suffer for the few bad ones. Done with them forever! To many other carwashes in town.

Greetings, my readers!!The service at Gate Express Carwash on Blanding Blvd. is always excellent. This past Sunday was no exception. The attendant that was on duty greeted us (my husband and I) with a friendly smile. I love smiles! A smile will go a long way in someone's day. The large washing and waxing equipment inside does an amazing job! Our car came out of the "tunnel" as I like to phrase it, very clean, and very sparkly.Their equipment that they allow each patron to use to vacuum their vehicle works really and truly well. Their vacuums have VERY STRONG SUCTION. There are suctioning hoses in place for each side of your vehicle.It is a welcome change to me versus the other carwashes that I'm used to with one hose that you have to stretch to the other side of my vehicle. YAAAAY!!The grounds are normally clean on each of my visits. This past Sunday, again, I will state, no exception. They were CLEAN.On my visit, the line of cars was extremely long.My advice to you, my very dear readers, is to NOT go on the weekends! Gate Express Carwash is extremely busy on the weekends. Try going there on Mondays when they open up at 0900.Be careful out on your travels and/or errands.

Been a member for almost a year, a few times when the power cuts out, you have to go back in the long Disney line, or get recommended to come back later with the soap still on your vehicle… service is no help
