“Came to purchase a couch last Monday and I think it was Adam who helped us out. He helped us find the perfect couch for my fiancé and I. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient through the whole process. Adam was able to get our couch delivered to our house on Saturday morning. The men who delivered the couch were also great! They had the couch in my house and put together in less than 15 minutes. Not only was the customer service great but the couch is beautiful and comfortable.”

“This store is dangerous for my credit card. You can design a whole house from here. They have indoor and outdoor design elements for your home. They offer up to date fashion in textures and colors. Join their email and get special coupons and online is just as great. If your a candle lover you will appreciate their scent line and they add new merchandise seasonally and in holidays. Make sure you set a hour or so of time cause it takes awhile to browse.”

“Not a bad Target location. Clean for the most part, well lit and organized. A few items on the floor on the shoe section, but that's normal. Some people just refuse to clean up and pick up after themselves!! Cashier was friendly, quick, and polite. Prices are good. Lots of parking!”

The one with colorful hair I remember best, and she was thorough with expectations and was patient with the thousands of questions I had. “WOW, WOW, WOW!!! I went into Jacksonville West-Crosshill location today and a Target employee named Preston set the bar for all Target employee's and manager's to emulate. He helped find stuff that I needed and he also said, do you need more help and I said yes. I then checked out and went to find a manager and the manager said that he always sets the bar for customers. She said that is why he is a TRAINER. Great job Target, do not let this guy get a way.”
