Let me begin this by saying I am a loyal Circle K customer. A member of the Circle Club, There is a great one near my house on 218, and Dave, Autumn and Brandi are what make it great. Customer service makes a huge difference. Today I went in to this Circle K to get gas and when I paid, I realized I needed a 10 dollar bill and asked if I could get two 10s for a 20 dollar bill. It was like I had asked for a million dollars. The girl at the cash register was clearly confused, so the manager looked and said the girl didn't have change in her drawer, so I asked what would happen if I bought a candy bar, and the manager ( I assume she was the manager because she was correcting the cashier's mistake with the last customer) told me there wasn't change in the drawer for a $20, so I asked the obvious question....do you have change for it in your drawer, and she talked to me like I was 12 years old ( I am 62), and said I could buy a candy bar and put my $20 in the self service checkout if I really needed the change that bad. The issue wasn't the change, it was the attitude. I just don't understand why people in the customer service business have to act like they hate customers. If you don't like people, go do something else where you don't have to be bothered by them. Reading other reviews, I am not the only one who has been treated rudely by the manager I dealt with today. I also won't be back to this Circle K, I will tell everyone I know to drive a little farther out to the one on 218, and they will treat you right.

Place is going down hill fast different managers every month only one employee trying to run two different registers manager thats on duty will just look at you and the bathrooms are a joke at being clean

Since they are under new management they are horrible. Very poor customer service and that is the management. I will go the other way from now on and stop at the wawa for fuel or food. It's much better there anyway.

I cannot recall having an issue with any of the employees at thi location. They are great. Today was an exception. Her name is Angela or maybe Angie. I was at the register where you need to be to buy tobacco products. She was making sandwiches I think. She made a couple of steps, and briefly pushed a button or two on her phone. Stopped on the far side of the self checkout regester. I told her what I wanted, she said she couldn't hear me. I told her if she would come closer. She refused to hep me.

Everything slowed way down to a crawl when they put self checkout in.. be ready to wait in line. Take out the self check out it is useless and slow
