USAA refused to write policies in Florida, along with most of the other major carriers. Felicia's office did not hesitate to quote a homeowner's policy and we subsequently moved our auto, umbrella, and flood over as well. Multi policy discounts and I enjoy having a local agent/office I can visit.
Only issue was self inflicted. Rates increased with home value, so decided to call 'A good neighbor'. She promised a cheaper rate with same coverage. Auto policies were cheaper, but coverage was no where near adequate. Failed to notify us that they weren't going to write the homeowner's policy. Called and was told, we'll just fix you up with citizens. No thanks.
Felicia personally called underwriting and worked promptly to reinstate us despite my shenanigans. Good hands indeed!

I normally don’t comment on local businesses, but this one has some of the worst employees that don’t know how to speak to customers professionally and I don’t know why they have a telephone because they never answer unless they block my number after the girl hung up on me.. It would be faster to write them a letter to the US post office. Don’t use this go online find anybody else….. only reason I switched to Allstate was farmers insurance moved out of Florida. Mrs KRISLYNN KEENE who wrote my policy isn’t there anymore and was great working with!!! Why isn’t there a zero star choice???

I never got a return call. The flyer suggested a very low rate with a picture of my home. The rate was too good to be true and wasn't.

Felicia is never to busy to take a call if you have a question that is above level than her team, but at same time u can believe she is giving the best training there is for her staff. U feel like home when u have to go inside to handle things, and also the staff treats u as they know u when u call by phone. Always a good attitude, prompt and curtious.

I recently switched to Felisha with Allstate. I was with a statefarm for over 30 years. Felicia was very persistent in contacting me. I set up an appointment after a year to meet with Felicia. I have never had an agent spend the quality time to go over and explain where I was lacking protection. I can’t say enough good about Felisha and her team. there is nothing worse than finding out you don’t have the right coverage when you need it. I fully understand the need for insurance and appreciate the time she spent to go over the coverage and explain what she felt I needed. When we were done I felt like family. Something we lack in today’s normal business dealings. Thank you Feliisha

If you’re not using Felisha Foote’s Allstate, you’re probably spending more money than you should be on your car insurance. Been with her for going on 8 years now. Not gonna lie. I still shop my insurance, but every time she comes up the least expensive with the best coverage. I’ve had a few claims including a stolen vehicle, and her agency has always stepped up and made the process, smooth and quick. Highly recommend you speaking to one of her agents before you make a decision.

Felt unwanted and pushed out the door feeling,if you want to change/ up or down grade your insurance, you can't do it locally at all, unless you live near, my insurance agent is in miami, Fl. And if you want to go just liability on cars you're going to sell cuz you're buying a new car... The new car can only have liability like the others!!!!!I went to another agency for my two trucks,1car,house, boat...ect. they lost my business forever.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional person I have every run into. I insure 2 cars and 1 truck through Allstate and I when into this office to get a quick printout of my policies she flatly refused. I showed her my polices on my phone and just asked for a print out. She actually pulled the policies up on her computer but since I didn’t get the policies through her office she refused. I went to the Allstate office down the road and they gave me a print out without a moment hesitation. I told them about what had happen and they said that’s just the way she is.Go anywhere but here.

Very friendly, they listen to what you want and strive to accommodate you... I changed to the Milewise and it cut my insurance in half with the same coverage...highly recommend
