The first one I went to was at the Walgreens. They are just drop off only and offer no services. The 2nd one inside the Walmart was a fully functional office. Had everything I needed.

Do NOT Recommend, Totally Unprofessional! He questioned Why I wanted receipt then scanner did not work so He gets out a magnifying glass to read full page shipping info. He stayed on cell phone whole time & speaking Vietnamese. I asked twice if he was to busy to service my package. So I took my package to San Juan location which was FANTASTIC Service & I was able to have my tracking info as Needed
