It's a reasonably priced storage area. It could use more lighting for late at night drop offs or pickups or very early in the morning. There are no restroom facilities. Invoices arrive on time and payments get posted promptly.

I can store my boat close to my home at an affordable price. It does not have all of the bells and whistles of other storage yards, however I don't need them and certainly do not want to pay extra for it.
