I had not shopped at CVS for some time and was pleasantly surprised by the insurance covered OTC options. The staff was extremely informative and helpful. Loved the extra bucks I received that almost paid for my next purchase. Great experience!!

Went to pick up a prescription and this blonde maybe 25, chubby, had the most horrendous attitude. I could not tell you what her problem was but she needs to fix it.

Wish I could say it’s all good but it isn’t. Let’s start with if you actually want to speak to a pharmacy staff person they never answer their phone so I went around their little phone tree service and choose physician office. They seem to answer that line better than they do the other line. The next thing I’d like to complain about is my doctor sent a prescription over three weeks ago it was out of stock. OK, no problem. It’s been weeks It’s still out of stock according to CVS Online which they tell you to go to all the time. So I had to pick up prescription in store and I said what good is the prescription for the sensors? If I don’t have a reader the clerk said let me go check. We happen to have one oh really well then why wasn’t I notified and why wasn’t it filled because I’ve been waiting three weeks, she said I apologize for that. Give me 15 minutes. We’re gonna fill that prescription for you right this is just a kind of thing that you get with CVS. I am so over them, but my insurance insist on sending everything to CVS , I have no choice in the matter
Oh and they claim to deliver I checked out the web site. No one in the store could help me with this. Whatever happened to quality customer service.

This incompetent pharmacy filled eyes drops instead of an oral steroid and put take orally…for my 3 year old. I confirmed with the doctor the correct one was sent. The pharmacy was irritated that I would question such a mistake and attempted to put the returned product on the shelf again. They could have seriously harmed my child and couldn’t have cared less. I called corporate and they opened an investigation. Double check your prescriptions!

Worst experience ever. Takes forever to get through on the phone. once connected associate hung up on me. had to call corporate CVS to help.
