The pharmacist and techs make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by being there. You shouldn't have chose a profession that involves customer service if you hate people

This is the second month in a row that the pharmacy has shorted the quantity of my medication. Last month I caught that they shorted me by 2 pills right after I picked it up and they found out their count was off by 2 pills. This month I made the mistake of picking up through the drive thru instead of at the counter. I should have went to the counter dumped the bottle and counted the quantity in front of them. I was short 3 pills this month. Since I don't take this medication everyday I didn't notice the mistake until a few days later. As I'm not sure if all protocols are being followed or if the quantity was checked and verified by the pharmacist (quantity is not circled or initialed), I can't say if this is just another mistake due to being overworked or something else. From this point on I will be going in and counting my meds in front of them period and I suggest anyone that have controlled substances to do the same.

They have messed up for the last time with me... I called them at 10:30am this morning to check if they received my prescription order from the doctor they stated yes and they were currently working on it. Ok so I'm at work until 4pm... so at 7:30pm I go to pick up my medicine and they say sorry you have to come back in 20 to 30 minutes the pharmacist has to count the pills (14pills)... like really they have been counting them since 10:30am this morning when I called... so I

So can anyone recall seeing a person in the pharmacy part of this store in a good mood while at work? Me neither. I had thought the CVS in Starke was the worst one I've dealt with, but we have a new champion on the horizon. I could go into all the detail but why, no one within CVS would care. Somewhere along the way, this huge company forgot how to treat customers and put them first. I, in no way blame the store employees for this. Treating people like umm, well people is a culture and obviously the upper management does not have a positive culture in place. Changing pharmacies is not an option for me as CVS is the only one that my insurance allows me to use. I suggest to everyone to use a locally owned pharmacy and the service will be much better. Is it really too much to ask to see happy people in their work place?

A negative 10 but it doesn't offer that. I ordered prints on line for a court hearing TOMORROW. I walk in and I am greeted perfectly. No prints 10 minutes, manager is pulled from office to tell cashier it's down. Cashier proceeds to tell me to print them off my phone 20 minutes. Machine after being loaded doesn't print 5x7. So I have to start over. 40 minutes for a 5 minute event. Not one TIME DID THE MANAGER OFFER ANY HELP, APOLOGIES OR COMP OFF THE PICTURES. What a waste of time and pay for a Manager.

This locations pharmacy puts you on hold forever and after waiting on hold you get hung up on...only to call back and be instantly put on hold again...after 3 hours a prescription transfer wasn't showing up...then suddenly I'm informed that it takes 24 to 48 hours to transfer...really...well if I had been informed that in the beginning I could have called the doctors office and had it sent over but, due to the notice 3 hours later the doctors office was closed and because I'm

Terrible customer service. The store part is decent. It's a shame that the reviews of the good employees are attached to the incompetent staff they have in the pharmacy. Melissa was the girl working in there tonight and she was awful and had a terrible mood from the time she came to the drivethru window. God forbid you have to ask her to correct insurance information that is wrong in the system. You'll wait until you're out of time while she tries to argue with you over what she knows about her job, while she holds your debit card in her hand, because you've already says multiple times you're in a rush and will pay for it out of pocket. Then when you ask her to give the card back or finish the transaction so you can be on your way, she will threaten to call the police on you for not listening to her rant. I'm sorry. You NEVER treat a customer that way. No matter how short handed you are. Shame on you cvs for hiring such awful people to work in your pharmacy. I, as the customer, don't have to listen to any rant from you about anything. Horrible customer service. I'll be switching pharmacies after this.
