They go above and beyond to help me when I ask for their help and if they do not know the answer they always research it and get back to me. “This location on Blanding Blvd, Orange Park is one of NFCU's original branches in JAX - convenient member facility and love the 24/7 access to the ATM machine. It's a rarity that I actually get in the teller line nowadays since the NFCU app is pretty robust to do check deposits with a snap of a photo as well as easy $ transfer from/to any NFCU accounts. I have been very happy with my past engagements with NFCU's loan (mortgage, auto) departments and like the immediate responsiveness of their credit card fraud department when they flag potential fraudulent transactions. I do miss that NFCU no longer has coin counting machines (allowed customers to have their coins counted and deposited directly into NFCU accounts) in any of their branch locations.”
