I cannot say enough good things about this shop or its owner, Dave Loving. Dave was professional, honest, and timely. He isn't afraid to answer questions and was very patient with me. He got to the bottom of my transmission's true issue and saved me thousands of dollars for which I am so, so grateful. (He could have easily pulled the wool over my eyes and said I needed a whole new transmission, but he didn't.) I am a tough customer but only have good things to say about this shop and heartily recommend it. My car now runs great!”

“Another good experience with pep boys for an oil change. This location in middleburg has done well in the past. I just never got around to leaving a review. So first off, pep boys' website offers discounts and coupons for many services. I went in for an oil change from walking in the door to ready to leave it was about an hour and ten minutes. Make sure to ask for the complimentary tire rotation. It is free, but I remember a while back I went in for an oil change, and the tires were not rotated. They still did good work. However, asking to have your tires rotated is a sure way that it gets done. Using the platinum grade oil, with coupon and tire rotation, it costs just under $100.00. Employees at counter were friendly and happy to assist me. Made me feel comfortable. The service technician that serviced my truck operated my vehicle very slowly and carefully in and out the shop. I was happy to see that. Buy always be sure to check there website for coupons if your thinking of going in. I personally had a good experience once again and this will be my oil change shop for the future.”

“Today, I had an employee named Victoria go way above & beyond the level of customer service, & I'm so grateful for her. I found out I needed a new battery, after being stranded for a short time this morning. I came to the Middleburg Walmart after work, in hopes I still had a warranty. Victoria took extra measures to try to find out if it was within the time frame, which luckily it was. However, I needed to have someone switch it out, I have zero knowledge on that sort of thing. The service department was extremely busy, & there were quite a few service mechanics about to clock out, including Victoria. So once she got off the clock, she had me bring my car over beside hers. She pulled out a pretty awesome & well stocked toolbox, & changed my battery for me in the parking lot before going home. I just couldn't thank her enough for helping me, she's truly an angel, & I'll forever be grateful for her help today!!”
