I was looking to get a complete custom interior made for my car. I was told several times at the beginning by Cindy at Tops Inc. that it would take 3 months to complete. It actually took 11 aggravating months. My car sat there untouched for 6 months before they finally began to do some work on it. I was not allowed to see my car while it was there, except for one time after it had been there for 7 months. In general, I'd grade the quality of work a B. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication throughout the 11 months, and the complete lack of customer service. These people have no concept of what serving the customer means, nor do they care. When I finally picked up my car, there were some small items missing, and I didn't realize that until I got home. They said they would ship those items to me. After almost 2 months, I still haven't received them, even though I keep reminding them. They keep promising to ship them, but it never happens. Also, there were some areas of the interior that needed fixing, and they said they would come by my home and make things right. To this day, they still haven't shown up. Once again, empty promises. My advice, avoid the aggravation and stay away from Tops Inc.

Been waiting over 2 months for Dave to return the seat he promised 3 weeks ago and was told today he could have it by the end of the week. Everyone is behind and this is going on and that is happening ,when do the excuses stop and the results occur?

Many moons ago, in fact a decade ago in 2011. I had been recommended by my father about this little upholstery shop in Micco right off US1 South. Not thinking much of it. I’d shot down US1 here just north on Palm Bay. While driving, I’d ran into this little old shop across from the river. Lesson is, you should never judge a book by its cover. Upon entering I had received honesty, integrity, and I wasn’t sold anything. I requested a service that I knew I’d needed and they were happy to deliver it in just one days turn around time. The shop was filled with various years, makes and models of many different automobiles. However, what stood out to me were all the late and early model BMW e30’s from the nineties 90’s. Tops Inc was reupholstering their cabriolet tops. What’d been done by these professionals was a headliner upgrade for the hard top convertible on my 1997 e36. Fast forward to present day, now a decade later, and still until just a month or so ago. My headliners just starting to sag here in the year of 2021. For $79, it was the best money ever spent. Keeping something functioning properly, and looking pristine for a decade. At that time, it was the best quality upholstery work I had ever received on this particular car of mine, and the only still to this day. However, it needs much more than just the headliner reupholstered now. Being the craftsmanship and quality of work had been so long lasting on this particular vehicle of mine. I now plan on visiting The Tops Inc Crew for my work on a new project I’d just picked up a few months ago. Who would have figured, a 1990 BMW E30 325i Coupe. I also plan on allowing them to work their passionate artistry on my 1997 once again. This time tackling the entire interior. In closing, I’ll be swinging back once again. Much sooner than later. Thx again Tops Inc and God Bless!

Tops Inc is great! They replaced the convertible top on my Audi A4 and did a perfect job. Their price was reasonable and the invoice was exactly as quoted. They also got it done on time! It was a pleasure to work with a nice family owned business!

Got my headliner done at tops and can honestly say I don’t think I could be happier with the outcome, was way better than I expected I gave them an idea they not only bought it reality but made it better. Definitely going to be coming there for all my interior needs, THANKS !!

David did a better job installing the new top to my 1997 Porsche 911 than the factory installed. I could not believe it that not one wrinkle in the fabric which was so tight you could bounce a quarter off of it. Excellent craftsmanship and I hope all the folks in the Space Coast Porsche Club gets their work done here. I just told David I want my seats redone now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
