Dr. Shaw is great. She has helped me more than any other PC dr. Here in Fla. She let's you explain your conditions and is determined to understand how she can help. My health conditions are not easy but she definitely has helped me when other drs just wouldn't. My only complaint is her staff, when it comes to filing for referals with my health insurance. Twice, I sat waiting to see the Specialists I need to see, and after waiting 2 weeks, come to find out that they never sent them to my Medical insurance for approval. So now, I'm sitting home waiting longer to see them. As it takes 7 to 10 days for an approval from them...im now waiting for over a month. Yes, her staff is courteous and friendly but they need to do their jobs faster and more knowledgeable.

The office staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Shaw was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. I was able to be seen with short notice and I truly appreciate their service.

Simply a GREAT medical experience. Dr. Shaw knows her stuff - and is completely on your side. She makes time to actually LISTEN to you. And she does not keep you waiting. Imagine: Respect for the Patient. I know, weird, right?

Dr. Shaw is very compassionate and understanding. She will listen and help you with your medical needs. I look forward to my appointments with her. She is very knowledgeable in medicine. In the years I have been seeing her, she has always been personal and professional.
