Great friendly locally owned gym! The owner is very warm, welcoming, and informative. I highly recommend Indian River Fitness especially if you are visiting the Sebastian area!

Great place! Lynn is amazing and willing to share fitness tips. Classes for all abilities. Great people who are friendly and do their own thing at their own pace. Reasonable rates.weight roo, massage too!

This place reminds me of the Gym from dodgeball. A variety of folks who come here, all friendly, to do their thing. Great variety of equipment to do different workouts.
