Can't recommend this for biking, roughest ride I've ever had and pretty anticlimactic. Probably fun for horses but not bikes.

I enjoyed this hike. Very quiet with light traffic, trails maintained nicely and easy to follow paths. Picked up a map at the front just in case.

Easy but pleasant trail bike routes. Some winding through varied hammocks including some planted pines. Planted pines with burnt trunks create an interesting ride experience.
