Decent selection but some prices are ridiculous. 30$+ for Peter Stokkebye Tobacco when everywhere else not on Miami Beach is around 20.I drive 10 mins to the U when I could walk to Ziggys in 5 because I don’t like being ripped off.

I had an amazing experience at Ziggy's Smoke Shop, all thanks to Jojo, Victor, and Jenny! The trio was exceptionally knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I was looking for. They took the time to answer all my questions and made some excellent recommendations. It's evident that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I'll definitely be back for all my smoking needs. Highly recommend Ziggy's for anyone seeking quality products and stellar service!

I've been to Ziggy's several times. My experiences there have been hit or miss. Last time, I even began to write a review on this very platform about my less than stellar experience, but apparently, I stopped. I found my draft just now.My experience a couple of days ago was by far, and I do mean very far, the best yet. I was looking for a new toy, and honestly, I knew nothing about it. I was not even sure of what I wanted.Enter Gabe, Ziggy's finest, most passionate, knowledgeable (willing to genuinely share that knowledge) team member yet. Gabe was able to provide information on the different products available in the boutique that I was interested in without any self-gain. Through talking to him, I was able to make a sound decision on the item I ended up choosing. I felt confident that I was not making an impulse purchase and ultimately saved me a bunch of money. Gabe's customer service is above and beyond, and he makes it feel like one is talking to a friend.
