Managers do a great job selling and pushing people to get the premium membership + personal trainer making you sign a contract but they “forget” to tell you that the contract is optional. You really dont need to sign a contract in order to have a gym membership.After you cancel membership they keep charging you even after months and when you call to try to solve the problem nobody can help. Other than that, personal trainers and front desk staff are very friendly and professional.

This company is a predatory gym scam that will take advantage of their "free" trial to get you under an invalid contract to then threaten you with collections. Unfortunately for them, they can sell debt all they want but their collections hold very little water. Make sure you keep your paperwork and you are welcome to sue them, they will lose.

I love this facility! Really nice, modern, clean, well maintained equipment, showers, & bathroom. Front desk staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Ashley gave me a tour and JP who I spoke to on the phone was equally helpful. Kudos to them. Great, central location too! Ya gotta check this gym out!

I got a Groupon for this gym to try it out for one month I did several classes and did some of the exercise equipment,and was very satisfied. Good instructors friendly and helpful employees. After the Groupon expired I joined the gym and I am very happy.

I’m sure this is a great facility however there have been several times where I have passed by the back of the facility and I have noticed trainers smoking what I can describe is marihuana since the smell is prominent. I find this very unethical on their part, and it makes me question the abilities of said trainers to do their job at providing the best service to their clients.

West Flagler is a very nice clean gym. Peaceful and quiet people focusing on their work out. No crazy loud music, no yammering, grunting, stinky smells, sweat streaked equipment, overly loud conversations or weights being dropped hard ( for effect ). The staff is very helpful and professional

horrible, william the manager took money from my vank account without my consent. when i complained he called me the police. i went to miami dade police and got a report.

This is a quality gym to go to! Their Flagler location is considered a premium gym which include amenities such as childcare, massage chairs, a cinema room which hold cardio machines (my person favorite), a cycling room and a room used for fitness classes and activities like pickleball. Both men and women’s locker rooms include showers and saunas.Having briefly worked for the company, the staff and overall environment created for a fun and welcoming space. Would recommend checking out for yourself, there’s definitely something out there for everyone no matter your fitness goals!

It’s been more than a month since the water filter was on this condition. But today when I refilled my water bottle I noticed that it was dirty and a fishy smell came out of the filling station. It’s unbelievable how they want to charge 25$ a month and not been on top of this.

I am very pleased since joining YouFit Flagler with my partner. Ivan is always kind to greet us...even asks what we are working out each given day. Staff is very respectful.The gym is kept very tidy.Amenities? They've got plenty! The massage chairs and sauna are the best thing ever. Additionally, we love the Cinema room where you can do cardio while watching a movie...I've been to plenty of gyms in the past decade, but have never experienced one like this. Also, William explained the deal very transparently.10/10 Yes :-)

It's been 5 months since I joined the gym and never faces any difficulty whatsoever. All trainers are always friendly and ready to help, it is super clean and well equipped too.Shoutout to IVAN - Always had great conversations with him and absolutely professional too. :)

My favorite gym in Miami so far!! I’ve been coming as a guest for the last year and I can honestly say I’ve never felt as comfortable as I do here. Ivan at the front desk is always really welcoming and motivating. Love how he has a positive attitude every day and has great recommendations on new exercises, etc. staying loyal to this Youfit ☺️

Great gym. I've been going here for about 4+ months now, and it has been amazing. Great atmosphere and good people. Also, great trainers like Ivan, he's taught me a lot since i am a beginner. A must go gym.

I had gotten a 3 day pass to try out the gym and i had someone very nice help me around the gym giving me a tour and helping me understand what the machines do. Her name is Massiel i believe. she was amazing
