very disappointed, i sign a contract for 6 mont thinking that i was going to have the best service, first i begging having a personal training with Alex them he disappeared and never call me to let me know , so they still charging $280 dollars every month after they know that they didn't have a personal trainer for more than a month. The manager called me so many times a month after they fire Alex while i was working, trying to fix things. but with my schedule the new personal trainer told me that I need to let him know in advance if I was going to cancel the class or not , so i decided no to stress , and let them to charge me until my contract is over . I don't recommend this place at all . They just care about get your money .

Decent. Kind of a weird location since you have to deal with parking and get it validated, meaning you only have an hour and a half (starting from when you get your ticket) to get there, work out and leave.
Some of the upstairs machines are missing weight adjustments, and no one ever puts their weights back properly. Many times there is no sanitizer to wipe down your machines either, it seems random if they have it or not. Downstairs could use a water fountain, the only one is upstairs. Though, it does have a water bottle filling function, which is very useful.
My biggest gripe is easily with the downstairs leg curl / extension machines, as their incremental weight adjustment dials seem to just not work at all. I should be able to tell if I've added 15 lbs to my workout, but it just feels the same no matter what you turn the dial to.
If they addressed these things, I think I would really love this gym.

My mother was in the hospital for a month dying and they refused to cancel her membership.. they said she had to come into the office and sign papers to do it.
These monsters are horrible. Pray that you don't get an additional $1000 in charges cause these bloodsuckers lie to you and refuse to cancel a dying person's contract.

This gym is always filthy. They have a cleaning women who does a very good job of keeping the floors and restrooms clean, however all of the equipment is always dirty. The attached photos could be any machine, they are all gross. Please clean the gym it’s discusting.

I love to work out at YouFit coconut grove! The location is perfect and the gym is organized and clean (2 floors, variety of fitness equipment, good workout playlist that's not too loud) trainers and stuff are great. Katia the manager is super professional and nice.
I highly recommend to go check it out :)

Dirty, not enough equipment, rude staff, and they make it convoluted and difficult to cancel, and will charge you a cancellation fee when you finally figure out.

Was walking around the Grove and saw this new looking facility. Thought I'd check it out just to switch things up from my regular Youfit gym I visit, and was disappointed. It's laid out kinda weird, has only 2 showers that aren't as nice as the Youfit I usually go to, and it has no sauna (which I find very beneficial after my workout). There's also a parking inconvenience as they only validate your parking here for 1.5 hours weekdays, and 1 hour on Saturday and Sunday. I usually need longer than that to workout and shower as you probably do. It LOOKS like it would be nicer from the outside than it actually is. You'll probably enjoy another facility more, unless this one is the most conveniently located facility.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I canceled my membership a year ago and they still charge me. I have reported them a number of times to the bank but they are to sneaky. They put a withdrawal 2.00 on the debit card and if it somehow goes through they will wait a week and then put in a bogess membership fee of 49.99. Do not go near these people. SAY AWAY SCAM

Awful spot. When I first signed up they said cancellation could be done with a 30 day notice. When I tried to cancel a few months later they said that only works if you’re moving to an area without a YouFit gym. Now they want to charge SIX MONTHS to cancel. And during all of this they don’t respond for 5 to 7 days. Definite Predatory Membership practices. STAY AWAY

What a horrible place, Katia the manager screamed at my elderly mother as she tried to ask a question.
When we tried to cancel member ship they started playing games! It has been a nightmare; they keep charging my mother for personal trainer fees as well.
Disgusting place with a horrible manager and unethical company’s

Way overpriced for no reason

So it's clear that the only reason this gym is highly rated is because of ownership paying for favorable feedback, but the place is basically a scam. Said they'd cancel my membership but continued to charge me. Put a stop payment through my bank and was hit with a collections notice from YouFit. Simply unreal but to be expected when you do business with anyone or anything in Miami.

I went to ask for information and the coach was practically pressuring me in such a forceful way to pay for the plan he was offering me at that moment and it made me feel so uncomfortable and honestly want to run away from that place. I understand that this gym wants to sell its services but they cannot make people feel this way by forcing you to pay. They should be more tactful with people who are going to ask for information. Very bad service.
