Recently opened a policy with them after finally getting off my parents insurance earlier this year and they are so helpful with anything you need. Just an email or phone call away, they have helped me with any questions or adjusting my policy. I'm very happy that I chose them as my first car insurance.

Just a so so experience. The agent I spoke with did not seem to much care about what I was calling about. $175 a month increase in monthly premiums as the result of a non moving accident (I caused $7,000 worth of damage to a parked motorcycled). I have not had a ticket in over 30 yrs. If I knew my rate would go up so much because of one small incident I would have looked elsewhere. When they want your business everything is blue skies and green lights....in reality, not so much!

I have to take the time and recognize one of the best home owners insurance agents, dare I say in all of Florida! I have been on a search for the best insurance agent and let me tell you Liliana Barboza and her team absolutely blew the rest away!
