Came here with my dog as a walk-in. They had me waiting for an hour, made me pass to another room and after all that waiting (I know when you don’t have an appointment you have to wait, that’s normal) they mentioned I may have to wait another hour, so, we decided to leave after the whole waiting. Hey, you guys need to be more communicative, will bring you more customer and shows respect for people’ time.
I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely unhappy with this vet. He can treat routine issues that can be handled between 9 to 5 but he is not available or accessible at other hours. He doesn't seem to have patient loyalty. My dog (his patient for the past two years) recently had to be hospitalized for a week and was between life and death. When he was still in hospital, I called Dr. Yao's office several times to keep him and his staff updated on my dog's condition (it was infectious) and asked if I could bring him in for follow up care with pills and medication if needed help with those things upon his release. Upon my dog's release from hospital, he did need follow up care. I just tried to get that care from Dr. Yao this morning and his staff put me off twice. When I called at nine to ask if I could get help with giving him antibiotic medication he was due to take at that time with food (and he was refusing to eat), I was told that "the only time available to see him is 11:30." When I took him in at 11:30 I was told that "This may have to be a drop off because Dr. Yao can't see him right now. Can you come back at 2:30." Have been going to this vet for the past 12 years! He knows what I've just been through to save my dog's life. And he couldn't even come out to talk to me? I'm sick, I'm so upset. This is not a vet you can rely on for ANYTHING. And by the way, the vet at the hospital where he was hospitalized told me what an easy person I was to deal with. I've also always tried to be "easy" with Dr. Yao. I can't believe how he could let me and my dog down like this.

I can't write enough about Yao Animal Hospital! The staff are attentive and polite it's a friendly atmosphere. I take my two Furbabies ChiChi and Matt to Dr John Yao for over seven years.. Dr Yao is kind to the point and there is no rushing you out. Dr Yao has operated on my Dachshund chichi and always keeps you informed ,you know your dog is in good hands. I would highly recommend Yao Animal Hospital. Theresa ChiChi & Matt

Amazing!!! My cat, Diego, was treated like an absolute prince by the vet tech and Dr. Yao and I loved the staff and the level of care provided. We are so happy we chose Yao's and we will be back for all our vet needs.

Dr. Yao is friendly and professional. The staff is kind and pleasant. Had two of my dogs see Dr. Yao for 18years. I now have an almost 3year old dog and she has only been to Dr. Yao‘s office. They care and want their patients to be happy and healthy.✌????

This is the best bet I’ve had in a long time. The Vetenerian and their staff are super insightful and take great care of my dogs.They are very attentive and take the time to explain and answer any questions I have regarding the health and well-being of my pups.I highly recommend anyone looking for a vet to give them shot.

We take our babies cheekey and chunkey to Yao animal hospital . They care so much and are so helpfull. Last visit cheekey was sick. And after that, Docter Yao call us To give us updates on cheeky test results.we were in shock not even my regular docter call at all. Kudos to Yao animal clinic. They are great. Julian and Marcus
