Working with Yulia Basov has been such a pleasure! She really took the time to find exactly what we were looking for in an apartment. When something new became available Yulia was prompt on getting us in the view the apartment and making an offer so we could get exactly what we wanted. Yulia also fought for us as the renters that some updates be made so the apartment was in the best condition. I rented an apartment from this agency with agent : YULIA BASOVA We were mislead into leasing an apartment that is still under construction ! Yulia refused to change the contract date to reflect completion of finishings effectively charging us for an apartment that is still not move in ready
Lesson learned
If she offers you an apartment RUN !
