I purchased a dress on December 19th. I did not try it on in the store. When I got home, I noticed the dress had visible stains, so I never wore it.
The item still had the original tag attached, and I had my receipt. I returned to the store on December 23rd, only 4 days after purchase, which is completely reasonable.
The issue was not only the refusal to refund, but the manager’s unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Instead of acknowledging that stained merchandise should never be sold, the responsibility was placed on me as the customer. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of accountability and quality control.
Selling stained clothing and then refusing to stand behind your product is extremely poor business practice. The way this situation was handled reflects terribly on management and customer service standards.
This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and avoidable.
I strongly do not recommend this Windsor location, and I hope corporate/HR addresses how customers are being treated, because this level of service is not acceptable.

Best customer service and support
I want to extend my deepest thanks to Tiffany, the Assistant Store Manager at Windsor Store in Miami International Mall, for going above and beyond to support our family during a challenging time.
While waiting for my own mom to come out of surgery, I was also helping my daughter find her dream prom dress for this coming Saturday. We had originally purchased a beautiful dress from another Windsor location, but were unsure about the color. We bought it anyway, thinking we could return it if we found the same style in a better color elsewhere. Unfortunately, we later learned that the dress was non-refundable—something that hadn’t been clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
We reached out to Windsor's customer service team, who explained that it was up to the discretion of the local store manager whether any accommodation could be made. That’s when we met Tiffany at the Miami International Mall location.
Tiffany took the time to listen to our situation with care and empathy. She understood not only the confusion around the return policy but also the emotional weight of the moment. Thanks to her compassion and willingness to help, she processed a refund for the original dress—even though she didn’t have to—since we had already purchased the same dress in the color my daughter truly loved from her store.
Tiffany turned a stressful situation into a joyful one. Her kindness made a world of difference to a mom under pressure and helped make my daughter’s prom dreams come true.
Thank you, Tiffany, for reminding us that great customer service is about understanding and heart.

Would give 0 stars Was treated badly the employees were giving me stank face and thought I was stealing spying on me and talking bad about us , and my sisters thinking we were going to steal we had came back from work exhausted which is why we were in our comfty clothes .and we literally bought everything i had spent like 84 dollars have never been treated like this.

Do NOT buy the stick on bras, they are unfortunately TERRIBLE. I had to last minute run to a store to buy a strapless for my daughter. This was for a cup A. I had the hope that I would at least get something in exchange given that I had bought it the night before, but did I not. Therefore, I just left the product at the cashier and walked with nothing in hand.

This store just has everything and more! From the perfect dresses to shoes and jewelry, you won’t leave empty-handed. Their employees are super nice, too! Cielo helped me and she was very sweet and patient. Would rate this place 6 stars if I could.
