We went to this specific jewelry store based on a recommendation of an Uber driver. Turned out to be a good choice. Good prices and a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Wilian personally greeted us and everyone else in the store at that time. We were very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the merchandise. We'll return for our next purchase.

0 stars. I went in to get 2 movado watches’ links removed and buy a couple of gold necklaces. The lady at the counter had me sitting down waiting for 35 mins, never asked the jeweler if he had time to remove the links or if I needed help with anything else. She went on to help other customers that came in 30 mins after me and didn’t assist me it all. After I went up to her again to ask her again, she said the jeweler didn’t have time, she never went to ask anyone and didn’t ask if I wanted help in anything else. Terrible service. Glad I didn’t purchase anything.

I walked in to remove a pendant from my bracelet and wilian, the owner, attended me very graciously and removed the pendant at no charge. Very professional and quick service. 10/10
