I ordered and paid a table online. When the table was delivered it was damaged. I also saw a design flaw which could cause injury. I called Whiteline at the spot. I was told that I did not need to take it. The delivery people took it back. It has been a few months but they still have not give me any refund.

The worst customer service imaginable. Imagine getting no notification of your delivery time and the customer service people treating you with contempt for asking! The product— which I have no received yet- may be beautiful, but the treatment by the staff is beyond belief. Call if you want to be reduced to an invisible entity. You would think that asking for a delivery date and time was a national top secret.

May want to rethink how you distribute. When contacted I was told I could only purchase through resellers or designers, but they did not have any suggestions regarding who to buy from. Found one of 3 items (Bruno walnut dining room table) and purchased. Seems to be a scam. No shipping info 3 weeks later. At least provide info on reputable dealers to purchase from. Appear to be nice designs though.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I should have read the negative reviews and trusted them. I ordered a buffet from Amazon and the legs arrived broken. I called Whiteline hoping to get replacement legs as I knew Amazon did not have another since I bought the last one. The customer service was terrible and they basically refused to help me and said it was Amazon's fault and referred me back to them. Thankfully, Amazon's customer service was top notch unlike Whiteline. I would have been willing to pay for the replacement from Whiteline but they don't even offer that as a solution. Amazon even contacted Whiteline directly for a replacement but also refused to help him and said it was not their fault. While this may be true they could have still provided better customer service. They are a HORRIBLE company and I will never ever purchase another product from them again. Go somewhere else that values your hard earned money.

Update on 5/5/22: It has been over a month and no response from Whiteline Customer Service. I was told they were looking into it. I guess they expect customers to just give up and eat their loss. Now I'm out $1000. Need to go buy nightstands somewhere else so I have two that match. Thanks Whiteline. Too bad Google doesn't have 0 starts. 1 start seems too generous of a review in my opinion.The product quality and customer service for Whiteline Modern Living is horrible. I ordered 2 nightstands and when they were delivered one was pretty damaged on the top and both had damaged hinges on the left side of each drawer (mounting screws pulled out). They would not replace the the damaged nightstand, claiming it was due to shipping, and would not allow me to return them. I was able to put new screws in the left side hinges on the one nightstand to make it work, so I only had to order one more nightstand so I would have 2 matching nightstands (not happy about that). When I received the 3rd night stand, it had the same issue with the left side hinges falling off because the screws pulled out. Once again Whiteline claimed it was due to shipping, but this time they agreed to ship another one using a different carrier. After opening the 4th nightstand I found the same issues with the left side hinges falling off (keep in mind, the right side hinges were fine with all 4 nightstands, so I'm not sure how shipping can break only the left side hinges on 4 separate deliveries), and there was a big crack in the left side of the nightstand. Whiteline's policy is you have to submit a claim within 24 hours of receiving the product. Since it was delivered while I was on vacation with my family, they will not take responsibility for the damaged nightstand. So to sum it up, I have 1 working nightstand and 3 damaged nightstands (4 total), and I have paid for 3 nightstands. The screws holding the back panel were also loose or fell out on each nightstand. Just very poor quality and incorrect assembly. I should have just cut my loss after the two nightstands were delivered, through them away and purchased somewhere else. Don't buy from this company. My client received the Bruno dining table from this company. The edge of the top was damaged. It was not noticed within their 24 hour claim period and when we put the claim in, they absolutely refused to do anything about it. They have the worst customer service. Do not buy from them. I begged for them to exchange the top or have it repaired and they have refused.
