At first, being in California, and ordering custom wheels from someone in Florida made me a little bit skeptical. But, I have to say that doing business with Rick at Wheels Performance turned out to be a great experience. Rick has been professional and courteous through the entire transaction and walked me through the process. I’m very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend purchasing custom wheels through him.

I had the pleasure of working with Rick via phone and email to manufacture a custom rim that my son had damaged. The rim was not repairable per the body shop where we live in NJ. I called a lot of places and found Wheels Performance out of Miami. I left a message and got a prompt reply. After speaking with Rick, I was comfortable and confident in getting our custom rim replacement made through him. He made this process so incredibly easy for me. His attention to detail is second to none. He went above and beyond to get all the specs on this rim because we were unsure of some of the information he needed. The rim was perfectly made, reasonably priced, and shipped quicker than I had anticipated. What more can I say! I highly recommend Wheels Performance and dealing with a professional like Rick was a bonus. His pleasant manner in dealing with me left a long lasting impression and a customer for life!! I really can’t say enough about Rick. Excellent customer service and communication from initial quote until delivery. He will listen and deliver with high-level expertise. Can’t beat his experience with dedication to his clientele. I will only work with him moving forward on customizing wheels/rims for all my cars. I’m in California and blessed to find Rick. Rick is probably one of the best customer service agents I have ever dealt with. From start to finish he communicated every step and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the product. You can tell Rick has a immense passion for what he does and I will definitely be going back in the future. I would give more than five stars if possible!!!!!!

Rick is the easiest, most knowledgeable person I’ve met when it comes to putting together your dream wheel setup. He always has the answers to your questions, weather it be about fitment, styling, tire selection, any and all facets that come to mind when putting together a top notch setup. Being a dealer of so many brands gives you an almost unlimited selection of options as well. Rick makes it such a unique experience and takes it to an unprecedented level of customer satisfaction. I’ve done a couple cars with him and can’t wait for the next one.
