I've worked with Wework for 7 years, and have traveled around the U.S. to Wework locations to meet with clients regarding their accounts. This was by far the worst experience I've had in 7 years. Edmond, Edmun, or however his name is pronounced was the front desk receptionists. He was very rude, and inconsiderate of my need as a client. I almost lost my clients account because of Edmond's lack to care. The other receptionists, however, we're professional, and compassionate to my immediate need for help as I prepared to meet with my client.

This location is too packed and too dark. Brighter colors in the interior would make it better. Nice outdoor area though. First time I ever got kicked out of the room I booked by the next person. Maybe they need another location in the area.

It is just OK. People in the 7th floor use the small rooms for calls almost all the day and when trying to have lunch, tables in the common area are packed.

It has become very difficult to focus and work productively at WeWork Brickell City Centre due to the constantly loud party music. The playlists chosen vary between party anthems ("Turn down for what", in a coworking space, really?) and rock playlists. Management needs to get their act together and remember that they are managing a workspace.

WeWork Brickell City Centre is the place to go if you're searching for a place to work for a day, do training sessions, or conduct private meetings in Miami. affordable, secure, dog-friendly, and convenient to the mall.There are a few benefits of working from Wework that I really enjoy, including coffee, the abundance of conference rooms for rent, phone booths for private calls, and the outside terrace in the community team.

I am a member and I came at 4.30pm on a friday, as when I tried to book everything was full, but as soon as I came in, the lady manager/font desk, asked me to leave, even though the space was empty. I felt she was inflexible and rude in her forms.

I couldn't book a space as everything is pretty full in brickell hotspots so I came at 16h hopping there would be space and yes everything was empty, even though the manager, told me to leave immediately. I hoped they would be more flexible.

No sound proofing on private offices and "phone booths", not even cheap sealing strips. Place is not terrible but mediocre and no smart executives paying attention to detail, meh. Local staff is very friendly and nice
