The worst pharmacy staff in all of Miami. I get to the cashier and he just goes about his business without even acknowledging me. I wait until he says something but he simply walks away, it wasn't until another staff in the back notices that I'm standing there that they approach me and just tells me that I just missed my chance to get my medications becase now it's 6:01pm and they are closed. I explain to them that I've been standing there for a good 5 minutes and they just say I have to come tomorrow. That person at the cashier didn't even have the decency of just telling me that they were closing and just made me wait there. Just go somewhere else and save yourself from a bad customer service experience.

I would give it 0 stars but there's no option this Walgreen is the worse one in Miami. I asked the assistant manager for help 4 times and she kept ignoring me like if I wasn't talking to her. Her name is Susan really unprofessional lady Walgreen shouldn't hire employees like her I hope the manger sees this and lets her go for being rude and unprofessional

The Walgreens in South Florida are all terrible. They make their money off of the liquor stores that are attached to them and don't give a damn about the people there to get their prescriptions filled. When you call the store to try to talk to a pharmacist, you are forced to listen to elevator music forever. No one will pickup the GD phone.

This is a Walgreens that I use for my pharmacy. I love this place, the people are friendly, after a while they get to know you. I'm typically greeted by name when I come pick up some medicine. Their pharmacy area is not big like 24 hour store so sometimes they have to order the medication but for the service is worth the wait. Typically one or two days for orders to come in.

(Translated by Google) They are useless, they do not know how to do anything. The girls who work there don't know how to receive and send money. They just tell you that they don't know how to do it, they make you wait for the manager to arrive and the manager never comes.\ \ (Original)\ No sirven no saben hacer nada. Las chicas que trabajan ahí no saben como recibir y enviar dinero. Solo te dicen que no saben cómo hacerlo te hacen esperar a que llegue la manager y la manager nunca llega.

I came here to return some items that I paid for with my debit card. I had my receipt present. The worker named Cristian was extremely racist. I honestly didn't enjoy my experience and won't return because of him.

I have only been here once, but had a pleasant experience as far as going to a Walgreens. They had everything I was looking for, store was organized and clean, no sketchy characters, no lines at the checkout, cashier seemed like a nice lady. This store is conveniently located in a strip mall, so there's plenty of parking, and also other big-box store (Publix, PetSmart, Buy Buy Baby, Michaels...) that might have stuff you also need, so you don't have to be driving all over town. Would shop here again.

I'm giving two because when I walked in the door, I was immediately hit with what can only be described as the smell a dirty diaper pail sitting in a mound of dirty diapers. It was so strong, I can still smell it after I left. I have no idea why they couldn't take care of it. Did a sewage line break underneath the store? The lines were slow today, not the cashiers fault. They did what they could, because a customer in one line was buying 4,000 Easter eggs at 90% off and the customer in front of me in the other line didn't know how to work the credit card machine. I would have given more stars because my cashier was very nice, patient and smiling. The other employee there was helpful grabbing the product I needed behind the counter. But that smell. I'll never get that smell out of my head.

I was surprised at the efficiency of this Walgreens and and excellent customer service. Julio was the pharmacy technician that helped me a really nice guy had my prescription ready in 20 minutes. In my home wallgreens in Miller and 92 ave is horrible a day or more to get pills and super slow every single time I go this will be my home pharmacy from now on. Keep up the great work.

If you want good service try to go to a young girl here, I think her name is Olivia. She is the best in all Western Union branches.
