This place is filthy! Their shelves are practically empty, their employees are rude as hell and I have no reason to return in life.

WOW ! I cant believe that I'm only the 2nd to review this place ! Over a month ago, I went in to purchase a birthday cake and did just that. The young lady that was working in the bakery was outstanding and is the only reason this place gets a star ! I wish I got her name ! She was great ! However, thats where my praise ends. The cashier I had was terrible. I cant say she was rude because she didnt really have any contact with me. No eye contact. No greeting. Not even a total for my purchase. Did she thank me for my business ? Nope. Nothing. I wrote an email to the customer contact address on the Winn-Dixie web site and got a form letter reply asking for my "membership card information". Well, I couldnt provide that because I didnt know they had such a thing. My cashier shouldve mentioned that, huh ? I even shared my experience with the survey from the receipt and have seen no results. So, from top to bottom, Winn-Dixie doesnt want my business and I'll be happy to not give it to them !

Employees here at rude and take an eternity to ring up your items. I've also bought bread and turkey deli that was moldy on two different occasions. Although this is walking distance from where I live, I rather spend a little gas and drive to my nearest Publix. Just entering the place is aggravating as the customers can also be just as rude as the employees. Definitely would not recommend.
