Once again people close their stations early. Run to Public for some shrimp- 8:50pm - nothing on ice. Attendant says they close up at 9 so they can leave on time. I pointed at the clock being well before 9. Did absolutely nothing to help me. I said how is a client suppose to know when they rush to get here before 9. Went home.

This Publix has become my instacart pickup hub (ie when I opt for pickup instead of delivery and consequently when I forget to order something or need fresh deli sliced meats. Ditto for picking up through their variety of desserts! The aisles are pretty clean and well organized and the employees really helpful. As it were, even someone who I later found was off shift would help me to find something.Parking can be an adventure, and some people do take the two curbside pickup spots for in store shopping. Even then, the employee will go out to the main lot and find your vehicle. They also have dry ice in stock, such as when you buy deli meats and have to go somewhere first instead of taking your items home to the fridge.

This Publix always smells like raw chicken. Please do something about it. Thanks we will appreciate it.

Worst Publix in the chain. Parking is a circus and the store has a poor selection / service. This location really needs a remodel / upgrade.

To be honest, this place will fool you. The cashiers give you the stink eye and the freezers may contain expired foods. Before you buy any items please check the expiration date on every food item.

Check the expiration date before buying anything from this Publix. For some reasons the bogo seem on their ad don't always scan either. I wouldn't recommend any store that allows expired products on the shelf. I understand that sometimes this happens by accident but it has happened on multiple occasions at this store. So if you do go here I strongly advise you to check the expiration dates. 2nd for some reason the sales or BOGO you see on their ad or app somehow doesn't show up when scanning the items. Make sure you keep track of this when checking out. 3rd be ready to bag your own damn groceries. Even Walmart bags your groceries. The other publix locations in miami are good though from my experience.

This Publix needs close. There is never anything in stock. The customer service is also bad.

Update: New executive management. Substantial improvement in service, policy and hygiene across the board and from the top down. Certainly better than several months ago. And, continuing to be noticeably better every week. 3.5 Stars. Hoping to give a 4+ rating in another 4-6 months.

The best grocery store chain in the country. The only reason I'm not given them five stars is because they can be a little more expensive on some items..

I think it's about time I leave a review about this place... because it's ridiculous at this point. About two months ago, I was doing groceries and I had grabbed a shrimp cocktail platter and as I'm going about the store to get deli meat... one of the employees is holding a few more trays to stock up on the shrimp cocktails all while digging into his pants to scratch his rear end... with gloves... the same gloves he's wearing to hold the platters... I put the platter back and didn't buy anything else that he could've possibly touched. Who does that? That's DISGUSTING. Yesterday I went again because it's across the street from me, and yet again... one of the employees a gentlemen in the last register towards the beers thought it'd be a great idea to throw all my groceries and push them into a giant bunch while I was bagging them so he could get done faster. I got home to broken eggs... a broken raspberry lemonade bottle that was leaking... I even had items that I hadn't grabbed that he must've rang up that belonged to the person behind me... Shopping here is NOT a pleasure and I'll definitely continue going to the Publix in brickell or Miami shores. I'd rather make the drive than deal with the ignorant staff at this Publix. Do better.

My local Publix at Biscayne Boulevard and 48th street has to be the worst of their locations. During the height of the pandemic they could be excused for lacking inventory and selections. But today we are past the crisis and all establishments are ramping up to get our business since us as consumers are ready to go out and consequently spend. I just came back from shopping there, no feta to be found, a few sad soft yellow onions stragglers in the produce section, half empty shelves, this is Saturday! And try making sense of the product placement, why is the Palacios chorizó in the rice section instead of with the salamis and other chorizos along the cold meat section. Geez, wherever they choose to place it, it should be all together. On top of it, it is more expensive than other of the markets I shop. I am always upset after shopping there, I give in to the convenience of being so close to me. But as more and better options open, perhaps not as close but close enough, I am gone!

Worst Publix ever! Apparently asking for paper bags and having my groceries bagged seem to be a problem to my cashier. Is it not Publix policy for them to bag your groceries even if the bag boy is not around? Laziest people ever at this location. No wonder I no longer go here. Horrible. Stay away.

First off let me say I only put 1 star because I couldn't leave it at ZERO. I had the worst experience ever at this Publix location today. I was in line for almost an hour to order 2 subs. Not only was the guy making the subs moving extra slow but when he finished with the person in front of me, he said I will be with you in a moment and I literally saw him walking out of the store. After waiting a few more minutes a lady in line behind me got a manager. When I was explaining to the manager what happened, all he did was make excuses. Needless to say, I left Publix with no sub today.

Prior to the pandemic - we were dedicated Publix customers for 42 years. We purchased all of our groceries at Publix - until we found that there was better quality at lower prices available - delivered. Amazon Fresh - best for chicken, pork and beef ( better quality and trimmed better than Publix) and all other grocery and refrigerated items. Great prices, same day delivery. Target - Drive up pick up - Great produce and grocery. In addition everything you need at regular and sale pricing. Ready to pick up quickly. Amazon - grocery items usually delivered next day. I don't miss standing on line at the publix deli - Much easier to order Dietz and Watson from amazon fresh. Quality is better than Boars head and being prepackaged there is less handling. Bottom line - After 42 years - we do not miss Publix.

Terrible experience. Took over 30 minutes to receive my online order that I placed ahead of time. By the time I got my order my lunch break was over. Workers not wearing their masks appropriately.
