What can we possibly say about our experience with West Miami Jewelry. It was pleasant, enjoyable and amazing! Jose is the BEST! Polite professional & incredibly honest. He could not have been nicer, more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. His company is filled with beautiful jewelry & special items. What an incredible collection! We have been to some of the most well known jewelry stores in the US. West Miami exceeds them all. Jose has created a warm, friendly, family environment which harkens back to a time when your jeweler was your friend and a trusting confidant. Jose has recreated that environment in his lovely little bazaar. I've been looking to buy a nice bracelet and pendent for my chain. I didn't want to go to just anyone but I was recommended to west Miami jewelry. I was impressed by their advertisement so I stopped in. Wow. What a great place. Beautiful pieces. Great customer service. Definitely a go to if you need nice jewelry. Jose and his team are the best.

I have been coming to this jewelry store for three years now I have my jewelry for my wife as well as for myself and my three kids and today they lost me as a customer at the store is under the impression that customers are not important. They are very active on Social Media and super responsive to messages. They treat you more than just a client. I went today to purchase a Christmas gift and was surprised at how attentive everyone was. They have an amazing team and the owner through in the engraving - found my new go to jeweler. Don’t be afraid to ask questions plus they have financing available also. Thank you can’t wait to get my custom piece!

This is not my 1st time going to them for business and I will not go anywhere else. Thank you all for existing! The only complaint I have is; Whoever wipes clean the jewelry display windows inside the store, does such a great job, I tend to bump my head into it whenever I see a piece of jewelry I LOVE :-) .Regards Benny.

West Miami Jewelry & Pawn is the Best and only Shop you can go to in Miami. The quality of the work is amazing. I fixed all my jewelry here and I have never had any complaints about my jewelry.
