Did drive thru with an extremely rude person that began by asking me if I was ready for my order yet when I politely asked 5 seconds before for a second. He failed to explain if it was cheaper to get a meal or not. We got a meal and asked for a bottle of water and got a cup of tap water. I’m usually not one to complain but this man clearly hates his life and should not be working in any type of customer facing work. He just made the rest of my simple Wendy food experience terrible. Do better.In addition, we asked for a recipet to see exactly the price and held up a blank sheet of receipt paper and said this is how it came out. It was ——. It was just weird and uncalled for.

Walked in to Wendy's at about 6pm on a Friday so it wasn't too busy. Man at front counter easily took my order although it was a tad complicated (I used the app for the Dave's double and single). Food appeared great AND Brayan threw in some saltine crackers for me which no other Wendy's has done for me. Thanks Brayan and the Wendy's next to FIU! Great sammich.

It's very good and not expensive ?? Unfortunately they don't respect the indicated times: it's impossible to order takeaway at 9:55 p.m. when we're supposed to be able to until 10 p.m....

They have a tendency to give away my mobile order and then tell me there is nothing they can do about even though they gave my food to the wrong person. It’s very infuriating. They need to implement codes or something like McDonald’s because they are very unprofessional about their mistakes.

Although service was great - what would have been better is if I actually got the sandwich I paid for. I tried calling The location and no one answers the phone. I didn’t even get the receipt.The great service caught me off guardUpdate:After calling phone number numerous times, finally drove over and spoke to the manager. He quickly resolved the issue apologized and sent above and beyond. Although it was headache to drive back out and explain the situation, I’m very pleased with the end result.Would highly recommend, you check your bag for accuracy before you drive away. Although they say everything is there. Trust but VerifyThis is one of the best Wendy’s locations

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS WENDY. I went to the drive through and order a baked potato a fat guy helping me asked me to give threeMore dollars for a frosty. He asked me WHY NOT I SAID NO AND HE CHARGEDMY CARD DOUBLE AND DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT . HORRIBLE SERVICE . Do not GO TO THIS WENDY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

This Wendy's is nice , it is well located inside a square that has some other places to visit , the food is amazing but maybe is because I love the hamburgers , I don't know but the food is delicious because I do have a good food taste skill , when I did visit it I did order some hamburgers but I took me while to get it I don't if it was because of there was a lot of people inside ordering but I did have to wait some time to get those burgers but the was not an issue for so I did wait and the waiting time was worthed

For first time today at 12.08 pm the guy who is working in the windows was very rude , I was asking for a grill sandwich and the answered was We have not , after that 4 time he was rushing me for the order he didn’t let me time . No body else was behind me .this message is for the management please he is needing more training !!!!! Thanks
