Absolutely no initiative or interest of taking care of business accounts. I went there today to deposit a cashiers check made to I miss you business account and without explanation or questions the young man helping me tells me he needs to “call to verify.” Unclear on whom he was referring to he walked to the back area. After 5-10 minutes waiting I asked the other lady there if it was common to have to verify that amount check since it can’t be uncommon in business accounts but I continued to wait. Then he starts to look for a manager (who didn’t have the courtesy to come out and explain further) and the manager told him that I needed to deposit in the ATM since they could not verify. I told him that we do not have a debit card for our business account. And he simply said he couldn’t take the deposit. I left a bit frustrated and then it dawned on me that the kid had called a local branch to verify a cashier check made in NH. So figuring that this is clearly a “self serve” branch I got the information for the bank that issued the check and then made my second attempt. I asked the other lady for the manager but he was too busy, so I told her I did their job for them and got the information they needed to verify. After another 5-10 minutes the kid comes out again, no apology no explanation nothing and completes the deposit. Now, normally I would not even bother writing a review but has customer service been completely lost in this tech era; this incident would have been avoided should he had better training. “Ma’am, would you happen to know which TD branch issued this cashiers check? We would need to talk to them to verify the amount and it shouldn’t take but a few minutes “ I would’ve gotten the number they needed and walked out of there with no issue. But no, “we can’t help you! Go figure out what you need to get it done” makes me wonder how much longer we will keep our business accounts there. Feel free to contact me.

Worst place ever for banking arrived at place and there were 3 representatives doing nothing and they said that can’t help with a wire transfer that takes 5 min to get through. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I didn't give it a one star because there's used to be a kind gentleman greeting at the door but overall the location of this bank is almost unaccessible at times when Starbucks has a long line for drive thru. Speaking on drive thru, for this branch, it's usually closed. They have no regard for business accounts. Always new tellers which makes waiting longer. Today I overheard the manager give attitude to an elderly lady that was complaining about her monthly $10 charge on her checking account when she only makes $400 a month from her social security benefits. Where's the respect for the elderly? I would be upset if I were that lady as well. The bank makes enough money off of people, they could offer seniors a free checking but her attitude was the real issue

Went inat 430 got told to make an appointment because they closed at 5pm the teller gave attitude about it. Was also told because the one guy working was already with a customer. Why keep your doors open if you won't attend customers you close at 5pm not 430

Terrible customer service today at this branch. Last time I visit it and I will never recommend it. Luckily we have several branches in the Kendall area.

Their system is always down. This has always been an issue and I have also have brought this up to the tellers and nothing has been done! Horrible service.

Wily attended to us and his treatment was VERY GOOD, attentive, friendly and he gave us an explanation that left us very satisfied. Very happy with his patience and ATTENTION THANK YOU. The cards arrived at our house in the exact time they told us. Very good job.

The best branch in south Kendall, they are efficient, attentive and above all have the human warmth that makes you feel at home. I recommend them with a closed eye and especially the Executive Mrs. Sol who shines with a special light. Blessings
