This is unusual and a great lack of respect for customers, only one person serving the public, I have been queuing 9 people for 25 minutes to be able to withdraw money from my account. 5 empty stations out of a total of 6. I am very disgusted by this.

Over the years this location has gone from worse to worse, the service is terrible and the management is poor. it's hard to leave that location satisfied. The number of inconveniences I have had in this place is numerous and has always been related to mismanagement and lack of professionals. I don't recommend it and I'm going to transfer my account to where they give me the service I need.

This branch is so unprofessional and make customer waste their precious time. I avoid to come here because of that, but sometimes is obligated. The drive thru is awful, I have been there for 45 minutes and not even a car moved. I worked almos 4 years in Wells Fargo Coral Way branch and we were fast, efficient even with 7 lanes included the commercial one. It’s a shame that this branch is so far for what Wells Fargo wants about customer service.

I stopped by this morning to do a balance transfer. I was put on a waiting list. I waited an hour and a half. Then one of the officers walked up and told me that a person who had an appointment ,who wasn’t even there ,has priority over me. She said you were told at the reception that” you had to wait a few.” I would consider an hour and a half way beyond “ a few.” Actually, the receptionist never told me I would be waiting a few. I assumed that I Actually, the receptionist never told me I would be waiting a few. I assume that would be put on the list, which I was, and when my turn came up, then I would be taken care of at that timewould be put on the list, which I was, and when my turn came up, then I would be taken care of at that time. Wrong! If you value your time do not bank here. You have been warned.

Omar WAS the kindest human being in the world. I was already hopeless because 2 different other banks were not helping me and Omar just knew how to help. AMAZING customer service!!! Super attentive and even made sure to wish me a very good luck on me finding my new home.

Made an appointment almost a week ahead of time to pick up foreign currency for a trip because on the Wells Fargo app it says if you do not want the currency ship you can make an appointment with a branch for pickup. On arrival you have to wait 20 minutes for anyone to even greet you and see why you are there. Just to be told that they don't have any record of your request and they have no foreign currency at the branch. Completely waste of time.

Advisors dont explain what they are doing to service you. So you just end up waiting for them to finish typing and leave so they can go to the next person in line.

The teller Dania is the worst! I got distracted by my phone in the drive thru when waiting for my transaction. I apologized to her because she was requesting my signature. After she gave me a really bad look because she was waiting, she made me wait 20 min to process my transaction. I was the only car on her window. She started taking care of every single car that got there after me and made wait 20 min ignoring me. She already had everything she needed and made wait 20 min for myyyyyyyy moneyyyyyyyyy! This is unacceptable.

This location has an older lady with white hair, skinny white skin tone (didn’t get her name) and she is extremely rude. This is the THIRD time she asks me to fill in a check that’s already filled in. I have never had this type of customer service at any other bank. Please, if you don’t want to work or can’t seem to respect all type of individuals, please don’t work. Let’s bring some kindness and let’s respect and treat other as you would likeTo be treated. I cannot express how I regret not paying attention to her name. I hope next time I arrive, this situation will not be repeated.
