Today ,7/10/2024.I went to Wells Fargo bank to deposit money. There were two young men serving customers, one was busy serving another customer and one, when he saw it was my turn, he refused to serve me and told me that I had to wait for the young man who was serving another customers while he counted the money and put it away. When the young man next to him finished serving that customer, he called another customer to serve even though I was the next one waiting. He didn't call me, maybe because they saw I was a small Asian. I don't deserve their respect. ?Or are they discriminating? the address of this bank is: 17401 SW 97th Ave,

This is literally the most evil corrupted company ever, they do a ton of fraud, exposure to customer’s personal information and they’re extremely careless, they don’t care about the employees or the customers there’s always 1 teller in the teller line and they’re always new. You can’t even take out your money without them coming up with an excuse to why they don’t have it and for the simplest transaction it takes 30 minutes. The wait times in the line are an hour long, the drive through doesn’t move, and the managers are incompetent and don’t give you any solutions. I rather bank anywhere else but this bank. They have terrible slow systems that go out of service almost every day and don’t show any sympathy for the customers, I’m definitely taking my business and money somewhere else I’m tired of constantly being hacked and having someone take my money in a random state it’s ridiculous Wells Fargo has no security at all, worst company I’ve ever seen, I don’t know how they’ve survived this long but I hope they go extinct soon.

There is no respect for the customer. I attended my appointment to open a new account, 10 minutes before and an hour and 15 after I left without being attended to and the manager never showed up

The worst branch.
They don’t respect disabled people at all.
The worst Teller services. Teller SARA was very unprofessional, rude, inexperienced, unknowledgeable, arrogant. To serve each customer it takes them about 45 minutes.
The worst Wells Fargo bank location.
The whole staff should be replaced.

20 people in a line and only one cashier working. This is the worst place in the city. They are a disaster, I wish I could post a photo. What madness!

Go to the one on 148th.. the manager here refuses to call the check issuer in order to get clearance for a check needing to get cashed and that’s after he said he would give me 5800 in 20s then all kinds of stories about how the check was no good. Went a mile north to the branch on 148th and US1 and within 10 mins I was in and out..nothing like the hour I had spent in line alone at this incompetent branch.

U guys need to do better for my Mom ...you guys need to be patient with the elderly .... SMH
Lines are so long and only 2 tellers every day not good ..by the time my Mom gets to teller they rush her out... ?..not good do better...

Just slow! Not a member and never will be. This is worse than watching wet paint dry. 5 people in line 2 customer service windows open, they are waiting on 1 person every 30 to 45 minutes.
