Today ,7/10/2024.I went to Wells Fargo bank to deposit money. There were two young men serving customers, one was busy serving another customer and one, when he saw it was my turn, refused to serve. The waiter told me that I had to wait for the young man who was serving the customers while he counted the money and put it away. When the young man finished serving that customer, he called another customer to serve him, even though I was the next one waiting. He didn't call me, maybe because they saw I was a small Asian. I don't deserve their respect. ?Or are they discriminating? the address of this bank is: 17401 SW 97th Ave,

Awful costumer services I made a deposit for Wells Fargo customer user, when I was done with the transaction the teller by the name (Dasiel) told me what else I can help you with very kindly, I said I want to get some change from a $100 the guy that was training him told him, if she does not have an account with us don’t give her change.
I didn’t want to make a scene because I knew that the teller that help me was new but the other i believe is not in qualified to be training anybody as teller I will never go back to that branch again.

Ver bad customer service. Dasiel was being trained by someone else, he was polite to me but his trainer showed him how to provide bad service when I asked for change in smaller bills. It is incredible that an entity as distinguished as this has such unprofessional and unethical people working for the public. Their actions show how poor they are in customer service, it is sad the way we treat each other.

The service is very bad, we have been waiting for more than 1 hour and there is only one person at the window and when I asked they told me that they do not have more staff and with a bad attitude, very bad experience, they should change the administration

This location is extremely slow. They have one or two tellers on, and one of the two doesn’t even know how to do deposits. I’ve had to wait over a half hour just to deposit a savings bond. If I knew this location was this slow and inefficient I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here.

I have the ongoing pleasure of dealing with Aldabeto Rodriguez on multiple occasions. He is very professional, friendly and helpful. He also very knowledgeable of the products & sevices WF offers. I opened a new Rewards CC and looking forward to enjoy my its benefits.

Bad experience, the banker who helped me and my husband treated us very badly and everything was no, however I went to another bank and we were able to do what she said no and that it took 3 days when to open an account I didn't have to wait . Very bad service from that worker.

I was at this Wells Fargo office today and had a wonderful experience. especially with Miss Miriam Salazar. She was very kind to me, she guided me in creating my business account in a super gentle way. I felt very comfortable and was able to clarify all my doubts. Excellent client service. I felt very pleased. My next visit to Wells Fargo will definitely be to this branch, and definitely with Miriam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It amazes me that in a place where everyone should be treated equally and with respect, which is basic human decency, this bank seems to be lacking. My family members who immigrated recently to this country had appointments to open new bank accounts at this Wells Fargo location where they were not only racially profiled but were told that they had to bring extra paperwork because “they come from a country of criminals,” and to put the cherry on top, they had to wait an hour to see a banker even though they had appointments, and they got told they couldn’t see them because they had a client, which will take them the remainder of their day.

Even though I had an appointment and bank was empty it took me 1.5 hours to open a simple savings account (the system didn't allow me to do it online). My last name had changed since I had opened my checking account and I was suppose to bring official records of name change. Thankfully I had it on my phone but otherwise I would have had to go home to get it because no one one had told me I was supposed to bring name change papers to open a new account.

After being kicked out of the Perrine branch after waiting half an hour to be helped, I came to this branch where I was greeted and helped in less than 10 minutes by a woman named Miriam/Melissa I can’t remember the name. She was very attentive and had great customer service. Left happy after being disappointed in the Perrine branch.
