I went into the bank to cash a check. I was told by the teller he had to get an approval. His supervisor came over took a look at the check and transaction I was asked by the teller supervisor why I was giving the check by the person who wrote the check. First that was very odd to be asked that question, I gave her an answer. I was told to have a seat while they verify the check they had to called the person who provided me the check. I took a seat and waited, during my wait my friend who wrote me the checked called we spoke about the business of the check verification and her being contacted. After waiting for a while and speaking with her on 4 different occasions while sitting in the bank. I asked how much longer did I have to wait. The supervisor told another employee to retrieve my ID, bank card and the check. The employee gave me my ID and said the Manager was finishing the transaction. I waited and then the employee went and retrieved the check stating that they couldn't verify the check which was a lie because the person who wrote the check was on the telephone with me. I asked for the manager which came out and said to me they do not contact the customer directly but a different department does that. As I was existing the bank I was told due to me not having an account with Wells Fargo and the amount of the check was the issue. Each time someone spoke with me I contacted my friend who wrote the check and each employee walked off from me as she was on the telephone to say no one had notified her or her husband. My time is just as valuable as any of their customers who have an account at this bank. The person (friend) who wrote the check has also launched a complaint as well. I should have been informed of this situation from the beginning. I will never ever open an account or do business with Wells Fargo Bank no matter what. What an unhappy event. Now the person who wrote the check have to transfer money from one bank to another bank just to accommodate me. What an inconvenience NEVER NEVER will I do business with this company

Avoid Wells Fargo. Absolutely horrid customer service. They have cut back the staff here and you cannot get through to anyone on the phone. Everything gets directed to a central 800 number and the customer service reps have no idea what they are doing - provided you have the fortitude of going through the endless robo network to actually get a human being on the line. When you go to the branch they are not much better. Total incompetence.

It's completely empty, and they can't help me to open a bank account. Because I need an appointment. Three employees talking to me at the same time, but they still busy ?. No customers there. Just one. Maybe another manager could be better for this location.

Worse experience, I’ve been cashing checks all my life in this branch, teller tells me that I have never, that the check’s signature doesn’t match, I give them the telephone number to confirm, they tell me it’s not the number, it is for more than 35 years, then she calls a number she has on the computer and tell’s me she spoke with my aunts husband “the doctor” witch his been dead for over 10 years, I replied that that “the situation was retarded”, she has everything wrong, not only didn’t cash my check but kicked me out. I’m so upset asap I’m switching BANKS

What a disappointment! Have not been to this branch n a couple of years and now find one customer service rep and one teller, the rest are investment bankers. You have to use a phone to sing in. My phone did not work and when the cust service rep was free and she stopped wondering around, i approached her; she very rudely asked me if I had not already used the phone-sign-in Told her I needed to add a signator for the safe deposit box since my mother was dead. I was asked for identification and then she said to give her the death certificate. I did not have it and she said it was required! I said I was adding a signator and she very nastily said that dead or alive all people with access needed to approve of the new signator. Not once did she ask me to sit down nor was she courteous. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMERV SERVICE WITH A SMILE???? I HAVE to go back but will start pulling my accounts although I doubt they care

I am super disappointed with this bank. They are liars, they withhold your money much longer than they say and they make you wait for long periods of time since the manager is very busy to serve customers. they should close this bank ???????????

Horrific response time, I had to wait 30 minutes to get attended and that was even after asking if someone can serve me. I had a simple document that I needed notarized and they refused to help me, even though it was my first time. For more context there were two notarizers and they were free

Wells Fargo, the multi-billion dollar company that has no problems opening bank accounts for people without permission is totally incapable of keeping their property even vaguely clean. This trash has been along the back of their property since last year. Their management must not care.

The best Wells Fargo in Miami by far, Excellent customer service.. all bankers are very Professional and friendly. I've opened multiple business accounts with clients, we've been satisfied every time. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience! I visited here on Saturday. I made an Appointment for 11am. Although I did not get taken in until around 11:30am, I had a great experience. I opened a new account. Brian helped me. He explained everything thoroughly, did not pressure me into anything I didn't agree with. He also gave his honest opinions on the questions I had! He made the process extremely easy and understanding. On my way out, a gentleman held the door open for me and had a nice exiting statement for me. So happy this will be my new bank! Had a wonderful experience.
