The manager would not approve a Wire Transfer because a deposit had to wait 10 days to Post even that the money was Available. Yet a check for the same Amount was Process the same Day. The WORST SERVICE EVER. Would not even face me. WORST EVER.Been a customer for Over 30 Years, Considering Changing BANK.Never been so DISAPPOINTED WITH A BANK, because of a INCOMPETENT and CLUELESS Manager.

AVOID THIS BRANCH AS THE PLAGUEI'm astonished that this branch is still open as a Wells Fargo Branch.I'm an account holder, wanting to cash my own personal check.I have a substantial balance in my checking account. I have debit and credit card. I presented driver license as ID, and SMS verification code.For two consecutive days they refused to cash my check.The cashier yesterday, and the Manager today, refuse to honor my check because I reject to answer when they questioned what I wanted my money for.Today, the Manager assured me that it is Bank Policy to demand information as to how I am going to use the withdrawn money.This Branch has always been a problem because the way in which they apply Bank's policies.I went to Wells Fargo at The Palms and later to the Wells Fargo on 9600 SW Bird Road. Both Branches honored my checks without a problem after asking for only two verifications.It is a shame that Wells Fargo approve, accept and keep this kind of employees that ruin the Institution's reputation.Love the Institution, profoundly dislike this Branch and the employee's attitude and demeanor.Will never go back !!!!

Terrible bank, terrible agency and terrible service, from the manager to the cashiers, they do not help solve the problems of the customer, they withhold people's money without any legal arguments, I do not recommend anyone to open an account in this bank.

First off if you're going to provide a prepackaged response, I'd rather not have one. On Thursday October 20th, 2022, my wife and I showed up for an appointment I had made two weeks earlier for the purposes of opening a small business account. When we entered this branch there were no customers at all not in line for the tellers or in any of the offices being tended to by the banking staff. We stood there momentarily and a woman whose name I can't recall waved us in. At 61 I'm fairly old school and am accustomed to having someone greet and introduce themselves to us but I guess we're living in Miami-Dade County so that's off the table.Instantly we got the vibe that this woman wasn't particularly wanting to help us establish and account for our business. We tried to explain our situation and she kept on repeating herself to the point I was perilously close to letting her have it via a much-needed tongue lashing.So, we get it now, Wells Fargo isn't interested in our patronage. I get it and no problem. I shall close out my account and go elsewhere.

I like this branch because it's not a complete cluster f. from open until close like all the other branches in the area. The one annoyance is that it is suposedly open Saturdays, but when you show up during business hours, it's closed without any explanation.

I walked into this location for an appointment which I was mistakenly thinking it was at this branch ; upon entering I let them know I was there for an appointment he was very rude and said I wasn’t on his roster ; I then realized I could possibly be in the wrong location, which I was. He then when on to say how he can help me but has an appointment in 30 mins keep in mind , this whole time he’s being rude & speaking over my questions I then asked to speak to a manager because if he was available why wouldn’t you be able to assist a customer who has 4 different accounts with this company I honestly feel he should learn how to be patience and have some sort of compassion and understanding for the ways things have changed in the course of this nature we are all trying to adapt to our new environment but that doesn’t mean he has to have acted the way he did I’ve also filed a complaint with corporate

My experience at the bank of 10815 Sunset, attended by the personal banker Tania Aguilar we told her that we wanted to close a savings account where we were, my wife, me and my son Peter and open another with the same amount of money but in the name of My wife Lourdes only and with my son and I as beneficiaries, she said that "it could not be possible" and that the three of us had to be present, we told her that our son is deployed in Minot AIR FORCE BASE in ND and he could not travel. I had another checking account with my RIP mom, I told her "no" to close the account, to take out my mom, she said she couldn't and that she had to close the whole account; to that account, my Social Security and my mother's SS money arrived (when she died 04/25/2029 I took the death certificate to the bank) and they took her out of the account, they had done in April I had that changing everything, my payments to credit cards, FPL Water, cable etc etc etc it took me two days to make all that change and go to social security to give them the new account number with a special form that Tania Aguilar gave me, they are very inept, and do not know the rules or obtuse that did not learn them; We went to see Mrs. Barbara Fernadez at the Bird and 97 Ave branch and she told us that they didn't help me at sunset, Barbara is an expert with more than 35 years, and she opened a savings account for my wife, she put my Son Peter and me as beneficiaries, she told us she was sorry for what happened to me, at the Sunset branch, my relationship with Wells Fargo is more than 25 years old, even the mortgage we financed with you, before it was much better, never, never, I should have come to this agency, again, Until never, inept, with no desire to help. Those are the people who ruin companies.
