Our next family adventure take us WellFargos Bank located inside of Palza Alegre with a category 2.7 ans more than 25 reviews, I used this location to deposit in the ATM but today I going inside and service to the costumer with me and my impression was very faster than professional.I take like 10 mts in total on line waiting and make my deposit with 6 people in front me waiting on line.

If you want have a obnoxious experience with Wells Fargo Bank office, you can go at this agent and request be attended by the Mrs Manager. I agree with the other review, please close down this office ASAP

I would suggest to shut down this agency or replace the employees. The service is terrible. The same bad experience in two different opportunities. Today, 01/24/2023, I waited for one hour and five minutes waiting for service and finally decided to leave without been attended.There are several negative customer reviews for this agency. Only one cashier. Had to wait 1/2 to cash a check while the branch manager and assistant sat in their desks with no customers to attend to.

I had a 2 hour appointment beginning at 9:00AM- first of the day so there would be no complications. I arrived at 9:05 only to be informed that the system was down and it would be 10 min or maybe an hour and asked if I'd like to wait. I explaind that I lived very close and the banker could call and I'd be back in 5 min. 9:40 the banked called. I arrived at 9:45 and was told that she was with someone else and I should wait. I left after waiting 25 minutes. At 11:00 no one has bothered to call to apologize or reschedule. This was my block of time- why would a banker take a non-scheduled customer during my appointment which i had waited a week for?

The worst service. We have always banked with Wells Fargo and are now doing a new mortgage with the . Have never had a bad experience until I visited this branch. This is the second time where their customer service fails. I walked in to open a new bank account for my daughter. With a confirmation screenshot and confirmation number. The branch manager, Ana M. Almeciga greeted me. Initially she said sorry but I don't have you on the list. I showed her proof of my confirmation and proceeded to tell me she could not assist us because she had two people waiting with appointments. Awful customer service and people skills. !

Lol I came in on a day where Yonay didn't want to work I guess. I wanted to sign up for a business account with Wells Fargo, let's just say he turned me away within 5 minutes and now I'm on my way to TD bank. â€â™€ï¸ðŸ˜‚
