At 10 am today, Saturday feb,03I went to the representative and explained that I need to do a procedure and I couldn't find an appointment for Saturday. I asked him if they finished their appointments for the day before 12 pm they could attend to me. The representative's response was: "We also have family: I found it rude in addition to showing terrible customer service.Very unfortunate

Don't go here, they won't help you, the customer service is awful, and now it seems like if you're cuban you cannot be a customer of Wells Fargo, even if you are resident and have all your docs, they said that it will take at least one month to open a checking account, what that hell is that.

I have interacted with other employees, and their commitment to customer service doesn't parallel his. Christopher maintains a positive demeanor, even when faced with a discourteous customer. He is the sole individual who upholds the workflow as intended, respects your time, and avoids subjecting customers to prolonged waits for straightforward answers that any staff member could provide but seems unwilling to do so. Promoting him would not only elevate his colleagues to his standard but also enhance the overall performance of the bank branch.

Terrible service at this bank, long lines for checkouts

Today 10/31/23 a long line of 14 people inside the bank and only two windows open to serve the public. When you ask them for the account statements, they tell you to do them from the application at home. This branch is always the same, two people working and long lines.

Slowest bank in all of the area!!12 windows and only one teller is working. Managers walking around looking at the line wrapped around the lobby and not doing anything.Reset your schedule to 45 mins early to make a simple deposit . What a shame

Very bad customer service, one cashier for over 10 people waiting on line and many others employees walking by and in offices. I asked one lady why only one cashier ? She reply without courtesy that is the way it is and that they do not have enough employees. No kind and no good atention to clients.

Service sucks... what's worse the DRIVE THRU ATM!!! Always either broken can't make a deposit, or steals your bills because it doesn't recognize them! Stay away!

My mom is 75 years old and a customer of Wells Fargo for many years. She received a text stating that her account had been frozen because of "suspicious activity". My poor mom drove to the closes Wells Fargo branch and walked into this one on 122 & 8 St. (What a big mistake ) An employee named Giselle Hernandez told her that she could NOT walk in without an appointment. That how dare my mom interrupt her meeting. She wouldn't allow my mom to explain the reason why she was there and how concerned she was about her account. This obnoxious, loud and rude employee continued to belittle my mom by raising her voice and speaking over her. She needs retraining and a reminder from Roxanna Pena the manager; that everyone who walks into the branch is either a customer or a potential customer. No customers, No branch, No job

Came to this location to open a bank account and manager told us he couldn't help us unless we had a appointment. In other words he doesn't care losing a customer vs accommodating a new one.
