If I could give 0 I would, even a 1 star is too much for them. What a trash location, even the manager could not help us while the branch was empty for a 5 minute service. do Not waste your time here you will not be helped.

I had a bad experience at the bank. The employees seemed uninterested in their work, and the manager showed no concern for the situation. If they are unable to provide appropriate customer service, they should consider closing. One employee, Hilda Ayo, was particularly unprofessional, disrespectful, and out of line. The manager seems to protect the employees, neglecting their responsibility and the promises made to the company and customers. It's possible that this location will eventually go out of business if they can't afford rent due to the lack of customers. I would give them zero stars if the rating system allowed. If you value your time, I recommend trying another bank.

Incredibly slow. 10 people in line and one bank teller working. Management refuses to add a teller. No one working the drive up window. Will never use this location again.

The worst, how do you have two tellers for a line of 14 people on a Tuesday at 4?!!! Waited for almost 39 min to get checks at the line. Worst service

This place is busy. Parking can be hassle. And usually there are only two cashiers working. Depending on when you come in. Be prepared the wait. And forget about getting here at 5. They close the door and will not let you in. So plan accordingly.Update: this place is the worst. The lines are longer than ever. There is no order. People walk in an claim to be handicap so they can skip the line. This is ridiculous. They should have someone doing line management. Having some sort of order. This the worst service ever.

Still sitting at drive up window after over 20min and the client in front of use is still asking questions. Something that should be done inside. Only one teller. How can your clients be happy with service like this? Sorry frustrated to say the least.
