I was waiting for one hour and 50 minutes in order to speak to a representative to do a wire transfer. It’s ridiculous, so sad how everything has changed after Covid. No more personal attention.

Drive-thru is beyond slow. Waiting for over 20-30 min in a bank drive-thru is unacceptable. Management doesn't care about their customers. I have filed complaints on multiple occasions. Line inside is worse

If I could give 0 I would, even a 1 star is too much for them. What a trash location, even the manager could not help us while the branch was empty for a 5 minute service. do Not waste your time here you will not be helped.

I put a star so I can give my opinion. But I really didn't put any. It's sad that a bank is so big and that they only have two tellers working. And also a very uncomfortable schedule for the population. . I know people who have worked there and because of the exploitation they have had to leave. It has been a shame with so many people who need to work, and also with so many clients who need their service. And they make him wait so long where a large percentage are workers and have so little time. Everything has become a disaster. I think I have to go to the bank. I hope they improve the service
