This person is the most horrible and arrogant, he should not work instead of customer service, he is not at all willing to help anything since I sat down with a horrible attitude, no greeting, and when I asked him for help with the management perform everything unwell, shouting and in a bad manner. Please avoid coming to this branch, it's a shame that a bank like this has such garbage human quality staff.

The worst Wells Fargo branch in Miami, they never have enough staff to serve you, they treat you super badly and the worst is the manager who spends all his time looking at you doing absolutely nothing, making an appointment for you to come at another time because he can't serve you and It hasn't happened to me once, but many times.

Horrible customer service. My mother is a transplanted long time customer of this specific branch and she went in to close her safe box. Yes we understood we had to make an appointment which we did. But the gentleman Juan was not cooperative at all. Was not empathetic towards my mom to just take her to go look at her safe box but was quick to take a friend of theirs that had come in AFTERRRR my mother and others with NO appointment to their safe box. Afterwards he was just walking around everywhere basically avoiding my mother and I. Very unfortunate. This branch needs their staff replaced.

Since Mr. Tall American stopped being there, that bank is impossible, today I had a terrible experience, everything now is for appoiment, what I was going to do didn't take 10 minutes.I went to another bank and it was in and out.They don't want to work.

This branch is terrible!!! They generally only have two open cash registers and the lines are endless...and if you complain they look at you with a dirty face...there is no manager to answer for that, they send you to go to the cashier when the cashier is not always there. It is the solution...I do not recommend this branch at all...Remember that there are plenty of banks to leave Wells Fargo

My experience was horrible, I had an appointment and I was delayed due to work issues, I explained and they told me that I should make another appointment at the end of the month, when for the procedure I was going to do, there were no people waiting, too much intolerance, the customer service should be excellent, ?, more tolerance... and thus we will live in a better ? world

Terrible service, I took a relative to open his account for the first time, the treatment was rude on the part of the 2 officials who assisted him, to the point that he does not want to know anything about this bank. What a shame this branch has changed for the worse. I will not recommend to anyone again.
