This branch can benefit from some sense of urgency and proactivity while assisting clients. Due to the nature of this business the last thing you want is to be standing in line while a pressing matter is at hand and there is only one teller teller available taking their sweet time assisting customers.

Did have appointment 12:30 they gave me the personal banker instead of business at 1:45
Matias Dobrovsky did try to scan papers and did not know how to do it at 2:30 he did not know how to open account and told me that my business is not eligible

This Wells Fargo is the absolute worst . The line for the teller is extremely long . Instead of opening another teller line they rather see the customers wait in line . This is unacceptable . The other bankers in at this location are just walking by sitting at there desk and not even being helpful . The manager at this location need to fired because the customer service is very poorly to see a long line and not open an additional teller lane .

Waited a hour to have a notary. 5 csrs with no one in the cubicle. Why is every Wells Fargo like this. More important is why do I put up with it? Not anymore this was the last straw. Will close personal and business accounts today. Not so convenient if you don’t get the help. 😤 from NM to FL this bank is the worst I have accounts with!

If I could give a negative star review I would do it. To anyone thinking of getting a Wells Fargo bank account. Please read this and choose any other alternative for your own sake. I accompanied my girlfriend to the bank where she just wanted to open up a savings account and suddenly her account got shut down systematically. All the money she had inside the account was frozen and they told her to wait until they mail her the check with her money instead of giving it to her as they morally should have. Originally they said 5-7 business days and upon waiting its been a month now and several useless customer service calls later they told her the checks been lost and they will send another one again and again. She needs to pay her bills and instead her money is hostage by an entity who could not care less about one of its clients. A bank is supposed to safeguard your money not withhold it from its owner. Overall my confidence in Wells Fargos policies, trustworthiness, and customer service is completely shattered. Do your self a favor and choose a better bank like she has.

I’ve been waiting now for over 50min to get access to my safety deposit box. The service here sucks. Wait over time. The staff works at slow pace it’s frustrating to even look at it. The setup to get me access takes less than 5min but even so they ensure to keep me waiting. Frustrating bad service lack of customer service, slow slow slow and BAD
Chose another branch. My miami beach branch is much better
