I took my elderly mother to renew her expired debit card. When I went to speak to an employee about it. I was told I needed an appointment. I scheduled an appointment and returned the next day. The same male employee told me, he could not order my mom a new card. That I needed to call the number on back of the card. I called the number and was told that my mom's bank could help her order her a new card. I informed her that I already tried but was told that they were no longer allowed to do that anymore. She was surprise to learned that I was told that at the bank. I made an appointment the next day. I met the same employee that lied to me. I informed him what the lady on the phone had told me. I was going to give him an ear full about him lying to me and refusing to do his job to help my mother. He quickly told me he had to go to lunch, but that another employee will help me. An employee by the name of Valerie was fantastic. She resolved my mom's issue within 20 minutes. The other employee was terrible.

I just took money out of the atm at this wells fargo 45 minutes ago and a large man with his dog physically body checked me as I was walking away and attempted to intimidate me. I was able to diffuse the situation and walk away. NOT SAFE AT NIGHT

Worst Wells Fargo ever. Only one teller working and people just walking around without any help. After standing for 20 minutes someone asked me if I needed any help. In general the worst customer service. Thank you

Horrible customer service. My problem was not solved at this branch. Thankfully, I went to another branch and we made it happen. The employees here, assumed the documents I was asking for were for immigration purposes. Without even asking me what I needed those documents for.

There is no sign in sheet as they are by appointment only the only person sitting outside that worked for the bank told me to sit and wait to be spoken to a mother with her child walks in he attended her immediately and sat back down I left as there is no help or sence of urgency for clients here.

Came in today to just deposit a check and of course I don't need assistance for that but, I find it funny that the person working the floor is racist towards Asians. He asked everyone around me if they needed assistance and he was standing next to me.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in a bank. Do not do business with this branch. We had an appointment and they made us wait for 20 minutes before telling us they needed to reschedule because we were late (5 minutes late).

First time in this location, I had an appointment at noon, took my lunchtime to open a checking account and they left me waiting 45 minutes I had towalk out to go back to work. Please be considerate of people's time, I will be opening an account somewhere else.

After years of getting screwed by piss poor customer service I finally closed my account at this branch. They were extremely rude. I was constantly questioned by several bank employees as to why I was closing the account. It got to a point where I lost my temper and let them know how shitty the service is. After going thru my account with a microscope I emptied my account and started a happy relationship with a new bank.How surprised was I this morning when I got an email saying my account was still open and overdrawn? Not at all. WELLS FARGO SUCKS!. WATCH THE NETFLIX DOCUMENTARY THEY ARE SHADY!

They use to have great service back in 2010 but these last few years 16/17/18/19/2020 their service has rapidly declined. And the best bankers have also left to other branches even different banks. I think it has a lot to do w the new supervisor Carmen Moreno. The staff also has changed their attitude towards the service or needs that the client has. As Carmen Moreno they couldn’t care less of you’re happy with the service provided or not.
