DO NOT TRUST WELLS FARGO. They are fee happy and charge for everything. I set up my account so I don’t have over draft. Meaning decline purchases if there is no money in the account. Well they allowed the charges and hit me with over $200 in overdraft fees. They want those fees! I barely use the account just have it as a backup so they got me. I got $35 back from the $200 in fees. I’m closing my account and going back to Chase.

I’m not sure if these people understand customer service or emergencies! I lost my wallet, I ran to this location looking disturbed of course! They took my ID asked for my pin, kept me for 10 minutes in a emergency, wasting my time then came and told me how can I get a replacement card on my mobile app because they don’t give actual cards in branches anymore! So what people supposed to do until they receive the actual card, not everybody accept apple pay!! the assumption that everybody accepts Apple Pay is actually ridiculous. Why don’t tell me that in the first second I came to your office instead of wasting my time so I can go and find other solution to get an actual card for my emergency! Incompetent

This bank does not care. Blocks a high volume my transactions for no reason, no way to complain, no way to change settings. I literally have to deal with randomly not being able to pay for things as I live, work and travel. $7.5k daily limit on the card, absolutely no way to change despite being on the most premium account they offer. Can't make international transactions without visiting a branch. I am required to carry and frequently use my company card as a back up so I don't go to jail.

Horrible customer service. Have 5 accounts. Wanted to open more but they don’t have time. Schedule appointments but they are too incompetent to be able to get basic tasks done. Time to find a new bank!

This is the only Wells Fargo I've eve been that rejects serving you because is 20 minutes before 5pm even the post office works until closing time. I came today June 30th at 4:40pm to try to open a checking account and when I walked in the greeter spoke with both bankers that were doing NOTHING and both laughed saying that I should come back the next day. The greeter came back telling me that because it would take 20-30 minutes they wouldn't want to rush the process so that I should come back other day. DON'T EVER COME TO THIS BRANCH. Worst service ever.

I needed to set up an account fast, for direct deposit. They were extremely helpful! Every person I have come in contact with has been wonderful and beyond helpful!

Probably one of worse banks I've been to in a while. Went to deposit a check at 2:00 pm on a Wed and there was one teller. The person he was serving was there for 20 minutes while the line grew. One other tellers came. What a poor way to run a major bank. If not for Warren Buffett they would be out of business.

One of, if not the worst Wells Fargo location I've visited in my three years as a loyal customer. Not only are they slow and inefficient, but the staff is very rude as well. They do not know how to treat a customer.
