Worst bank that exists, you can't even get your money out!

A two minute transaction took about 20 minutes. Only one teller going in detail with the guy in front of me his account. Nobody likes their time wasted. Missing a light, the elevator slipping away just a moment from the button and these things delay us a moment or two. But waiting 17 minutes to take out fast cash was very irritating. The banker was nice but my disappointment was the waste of time I had to endure due to one bank teller.

I did not like the service provided by the man who works in customer service at this bank. He refused to help me even though there was half an hour left before the bank closed and all I asked him to do was make a simple transfer.

Today I was at the bank on 8th Street, where my mother is a resident, she is 84 years old. I needed to have an account in the bank when I arrived, they told me it is only by appointment, make an appointment online!! The quota is already full, my mother wanted to open and deposit, so we crossed banks and they opened an account for us without much hassle.
