This drive thru is always closed. The day before the tropical storm they closed?? Chase down the street is open and soo is my nail place. You should have access to your money before a storm. No excuse for being closed

ALWAYS a line. Not enough tellers to support this location, there's always a line of people 10-15 plus long with only 1-2 tellers. they only have one teller who works via appointment only... Always a police presence, likely because of issues? Not sure there. I would avoid. If I could give a zero I wouldn't

I write this as I've been standing in line for over twenty minutes with only one person in front of me. It's just baffling to me that there are more employees than there are customers and yet we can't be helped! There were three men up front to greet me. Hi thanks for the greeting it's so kind but what I need is to be serviced! I don't understand why employees can't work instead of idling around. Are you really working or just creating more fake accounts! Please answer me this.

The staff honestly could care less about the customers. What else can you expect from this Wells Fargo. Every time I go into this branch in particular, there's homeless people sleeping in the lobby and elderly skipping the line

The waiting line here is horrible every single time. I'm talking a minimum of 15min outside rush hour. If you think the drive through will be better, you guess wrong, only 1 person handles all the drive through stations and it takes even longer. I was forced to move my money partly to another bank as my company has no patience when it comes to how slow transactions are.

DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT OF THIS BANK. I've never seen a bank with so many problems in my life. Only two months of account and I already had 7 cards. My account has been cloned. Everything I try to pay for my card is refused. I made a transfer and the money never came. And their answer is I do not know where your money is.

This isn't my first disappointing experience at a Wells Fargo bank. I came in to get a notary stamp today for my car title transfer. The guy did the inspection and later told me that he couldn't do it because I had filled out some of the paperwork and it needed to be typed in. Please note that I didn't fill in the part that he needed to fill in and the lady at the Car registration department told me that I could fill this by writing it. He asked me to go back and get another paper. In terms of customer service, I believe he could have offered to print another one out for me vs me having to drive back and get another form. It doesn't end here... I got another form and came back to him. He then tells me "you have to fill it out online first" then print it out and I can't do that. Since it is a free offer Wells Fargo limits what we can do. A few pointers - for notary, go across the street to UPS it's faster and service is better and it's only $10.00 - Wells Fargo puts my debit card on hold at least once a month even if I call in my travel plans. If you don't want to be embarrassed when your shopping or dining don't use Wells Fargo. I heard Chase is much better.
