Horrible experience. The teller had no knowledge of what I was doing and was incorrect about the whole process also very rude when I tried to explain to her the issue. Even the manager lacks Knowledge

My husband and I walked in to start a joint bank account. An employee informed us that she didn't know when we would be seen or if we would be seen. There were two other people waiting, and apparently, appointments were scheduled. Several employees were seemingly just standing around, chit-chatting, and not contributing much to this alleged, unknowably long queue.We crossed the street and opened our account at Bank of America instead. We could have been customers for decades, but now we won’t ever be back.

Bad job...I'm just depositing at the ATM. And an employee... canceled my transaction when she saw that I was occupying it... that is disrespectful. I should give the clients a shame... I see why they have 2.8

The worst experience despite the fact that I have been a client of Wells Fargo for 4 years, I had an appointment on 3 occasions and they never helped me. The worst thing at Wells Fargo is there because I went to Wells Fargo in BRICKELL and it was the best experience of life, but in this one it was What they do is scare away customers.

They robbed me in my face. I went to get $300 in 50 bills, the man who helped me gave me 250 and the paper envelope to put the money in. I didn't check it))) I didn't count the money there inside the bank. I'm missing $50, go back to the bank. It wasn't their problem. Horrible. Terrible employee.
